This is an awful phone company.
They way over charged. So if you have service with them keep an eye on your bill . We started with 145 a month then went over 200 an service was awful . A phone company shouldn't be able to change your plan on you because of a promotion .

It isn't a welcoming place at all. When we walked in one of the female reps was laid back in a chair with her feet propped up playing on her phone. No customers were in the store but none of the employees could muster up the strength to say hello. I started the conversation by asking about a certain product. I was met with indifference and condescension. They could have cared less about helping. No wonder there's never any customers in the store....who wants to do business with unfriendly lazy people with attitudes.

If you're looking for good customer service or support here, go elsewhere. Had trouble with my iPhone i bought 7 months ago. The dude who helped well let's just say I'd get better service from a cactus đ” I guess, customer service is lost on them.

(Only gave 1 star because it wouldnât let me give zero)Wow. I donât have ANTHING nice to say about this location. From the second we walked in, there were 4 open employees sitting behind their desks on their phones. We walked up to one guy and it felt like we were an inconvenience. Long story short, my mother in law couldnât go with me to upgrade my phone. She was on the phone with me and asked to speak to the salesman (I didnât catch his name) and he refused so she called him directly from the online number for Joplinâs store. He was very unkind from the beginning. There was a misunderstanding about the upgrade and he raised his voice and said unprofessional things such as, âyou are very persistent on this. Iâm going to tell you one more time, I will not and can not do this.â Iâm just so appalled by this.

Horrible company that can't even get home internet set up right. I would say something about their internet but I haven't even been able to even set it up.

We felt like we were an inconvenience bothering the lady employee. She didn't offer any information unless we asked. It disturbed her when we asked to see the phones. We went to the store in Webb City and Sky suggested different plans to upgrade and buy new phones. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Made an appointment to upgrade today at 3. Got right in and the guy helping was informative about the phones. I decided on one and after numerous attempts the system wouldn't allow the discount to be applied. He apologized and informed me that the manager had just quit the day before and that he had no way to go into the system and make it take the discount. He continued by saying there would be a manager from Springfield in the store tomorrow (12/6) and ask if I could come back at that point in time.
This was rather frustrating that I have to come back to Joplin to take care of what should have been able to happen in one visit.
I understand it's not the employee's fault but that doesn't make the situation right either.
So I go back in today to speak with a manager from Springfield (Greg). He was/is VERY RUDE!
Then he tells me I don't qualify for the Galaxy a15 and that my current plan also excludes this phone. I also find out I'm not getting the billing credit for auto pay on top of everything else this company promised. Nothing but lies and bait and switch tactics from US CELLULAR and I advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs!

Excellent customer service. If you want a prepaid phone without a contract, you would have to purchase one from a different distributor.

Poor service, got billed 1,152 dollars not sure why, wonât give details, spent over two weeks waiting on a new router, worst service I have ever seen, avoid US Cellular.

Biggest mistake I've ever made was getting their home internet. The connection is so weak that my computer in my bedroom can't connect to the WiFi from the kitchen. And the rooms are right next to each other. Junk and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Gladly will be going back to AT&T!

Prepare for minimal customer service at the Rangeline location and policies that do not benefit the customer. Poor communication about current policies and call center level interaction limits overall service experience.
