The lady working today with black hair and accent is so rude. First she stated she is alone because other person she works with doesn't want to come help. Trying to lighten the mood as there is three of us in there with her, she completely acted as though she hears nothing. She is always rude when she is works complaining all the time if this location is busy and she doesn't have the help she thinks she needs. And then to be so transactional and disrespectful to people as she helps them is not ok. Be friendly, smile for once, maybe ask how the customer day is going instead of taking the time to complain about your job to the people in the lobby. We do not care, we want fast FRIENDLY service. I am not sure this employee is capable of that. I have been going to this post office for 4 years now, she is the same every single time. I'm done with this location and will be going to a different location. Also this is the first time I have made a complaint because I do get people have bad days. But not everyday is a bad day. If one is that miserable in their job find a new one. You have to do better folks.

Helpful, located downtown but across from a parking lot. Very easy to get to. Lady at the desk was very helpful and breaking everything down and making the process very easy for me. The most painless experience ever. Changed my opinion on snail mail!

I called the post office and asked if they could cash a $70 money order, the man I spoke with his name was Dan, said yes. I walked up to cash my money order, but was told because the money order came from Walmart they couldn't cash it. Dan should have been more specific about what kind of money orders they can and can't cash

They have messed up every hold-mail request I've put in. We came home to mail on our porch prior to the hold end date, and we've had to go in to pick up mail days after the hold end date when it was supposed to be delivered.
Just returned from another trip- the end date is tomorrow, and we came home to mail on the porch. I don't understand how this gets messed up when the requests are so clear.

Mail that was supposed to be delivered Friday of course mailman never showed then when he showed up Saturday it was delivered only junk. It was financially urgent.

Completely screwed me over, returned an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT package to sender with the error saying “Adressee wasn’t known at address”!! There were ZERO issues not even so much as a typo in the shipping address, returned to seller purely because they are lazy and didn’t want to be out when it was snowing, couldn’t even wait a day or two and now I am so completely screwed out of my livelihood for this event. WORST MAILING COMPANY EVER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE AT ALL!

The pretentious lady behind the desk. Berating me and handing me backhanded Comments The entire time didn't help my experience. She called me kid and uh, I am thirty four years old. She was a poorly aged thirty eight year old lady. I had to walk out of there, patting myself down for sensitivity issues. That lady would have had a stroke if someone treated her like she treated me. Outstanding service, good jobWhoever was working behind the desk at the date and time indicated.

I really don’t mind if places close for lunch, but if you do, please post it on your website. I drive up, get my three large packages out of the car, walk in, and it says closed 1:30-2:30 for lunch. That is unprofessional and very frustrating

I've tried calling serval times as there is a package that was supposed to be delivered from this location they did not put a scan tag on the item. I HAVE TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES NO ONE EVER PICKS UP! The label was created here and then just says moving through network on line. It was supposed to be next day that would have been the 3rd it is now almost the 10th and I have called my local post office and they stated it was most likely still stilling at this location.... then I saw the reviews yep I imagine so. How is this even possible to have a post office ran so ill equipt? Arnt there required steps and policy's being a government facility.... disappointed yall need a new post master.

Always been treated good until today i was ignored by the ladies in front there where 2 ladies one was busy doing labels and the other one just talking to the other ignoring the fact that have 2 clients there waiting. I was expecting at least a greeting saying I’ll right with you or something.

My package was shipped Tuesday morning with a date of 09/12 delivery. Package was for a special event on 9/14. From 9/11 to 9/15 package was nowhere to be found. Package is suppose to arrive on 9/16. Product is no longer good as it was perishable. Had we been told package wouldn't arrive on time I would have used UPS 2 day ground. I want a complete refund. I had to refund my buyer and apologize profusely!!! Don't say it was the storm either as my package was headed east, not south. I'd leave zero stars but that's not an option.

Jad respect for yall but now i dont sense you people dont know how to put the mail to there right adresses in the right mail box like come on man my 84 grandmother could do better than you guys. My adress is on the mail look at the mail box number and boom there its im the right place but nooo yall have to put my mail my personal property technically in sum one else's mail box thats 2 dowm from mine like really. All need brains or go back ro school
