The guy who works at this posy office is the most courteous, positive, helpful individual I've ever encountered. His job is stressful, busy, and exhausting, yet he takes the time to greet call customers as they are coming and going. He works hard to make sure you are getting the best price available. He gets a gold star in my book!

They are Really, rude too Customers I’m Mexican some old man told me with an aggressive attitude too go back in line when I just opened the door. Also when I came too the front desk she told me too write down the amount when I was face too face talking too her. There really racism. There is nothing wrong with my card she kept putting decline to seem like it was.

The post offices in Joplin have always had really good customer service because employees go above and beyond to make patrons feel welcome, to explain all the services, and to help them choose the correct option for their needs. I'm really grateful for the work they do, along with our awesome postal carriers, and I hope our country goes back to paying them what they are worth!

The carrier NEVER waits more than five seconds when attempting to deliver certified mail (or they don't even knock and leave medications just sitting on the porch--not even in the mail box). Never leave notices of delivery attempts. The carriers can seem to be bothered to actually do their jobs. Even after yelling after the carrier, I was ignored.

Multiple envelopes have been cut open to check for cash. Several packages could not be delivered to the UPS store in Joplin because they said they couldn't find it. Tried calling numerous times only to be hung up on and treated rudely.

If I could do zero stars I would. I was told when I moved and asked for a COA that I could 1) do it online with my debit card and it be approved or 2) go to the office and do a paper request. I was told online would charge $1.25 or something but that it would save me going in. Well I do not have a car atm so I cant go in and if i do ill have to get a taxi and spend $20+ to change my mail. so I did it online. welp yall I got SCAMMED! I got charged the money anyway and told to come in to prove im me. when I called I got the busy tone waited called again busy tone again. Tried a different number they say in the recording it said wait time of no longer then 25 minutes by the time it told me back my number it said 22-32 minutes. well its been longer than that and no call back. at this point id rather not even receive mail. I say change it back to how it was! Everyone I know says the same that the new system is failing us.good luck if you try to change your address they've made it a living hell.

Parcels delayed because despite they received at this post office to deliver to our joplin addresssomeone's scanning things in wrong again !!Instead were our parcel was sent to Springfield instead of deliveringTo my address which makes no sense. .Another delay or lost pkg .The 1 man is rudeeeee here there is no reason to be that way.Our mail has been in another's mailbox people have brought us our mail a few timesIdk what the deal is but it's been horrible experience all around
