I have had a great experience with Verizon even with multiple issues with my accounts they have been very nice helpful and pleasant to talk to. I personally use the Verizon store in Joplin and I do recommend anyone stop in there that has an issue or questions

Stopped by today with a phone issue , Tyler greeted us right away and was very polite and knowledgable, i had an issue with my phone not updating and he got us fixed up and right out! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Me and my husband were in there today and the salesman did nothing but cut us down and say “are you sure?” everytime my husband said something about the store. Probably will never go back

If you go to this store. Stay away from Joseph. He is either the biggest Liar in the place or absolutely has no idea what he is doing. Months ago, we went there and upgraded to the 23 Ultra. Gave us quite a bit on our phones as a trade in. Told me that if I paid 300 on each phone (we got 2) I would pay them off and bill wouldn't change. So we upgraded. Paid and the bill didn't change. Thought we paid them off. 2 weeks ago, we go back. Guess who's there. Joseph. We told him we wanted to upgrade my daughter's phone. He said we could add a line for free and get an S22. That way, we got the upgraded phone for free and nothing would change. I asked him multiple times. "Will my bill go up"? He said no every time. I told him I didn't want to do that if my bill would change. He said it would not, so we went for it. He then offered to give us a "discount" on Netflix and HBO (Max) if we wanted too. Something about getting a credit in Play Plus. Basically buy 1 get 1 free with the streaming services. So we did that. Because we're saving money, right?Wrong. He screwed up my plan so much that we lost perks on our plans that we had, bill went up to $205 a month and if I want the perks back that we had I now have to pay for them. Making the bill higher. So I go back on Monday. Talk to an associate and a manager. They have no idea what Joseph did they were going to "talk to him about this". Which in translation means, nothing will happen. I wasn't even offered some type of discount for even 1 bill or given some kind of credit for his lies and screw up. I called 611 and spoke to Verizon that way. They removed the plus play and canceled the Netflix on my phone bill. But guess what. Bill is still $200 a month when I was playing $173.Stay away from Joseph at all cost. My perks and plan are now all kinds of jacked and it can't be fixed. Are these associates making commissions on sales? If so, Joseph is making a ton of unethical sales and Verizon is allowing him to do this.And by the way, Joe. You can't add an SD card to the S22. The phone doesn't allow for it. Liar.

Called ahead and made an appointment to upgrade our phones to an S23 ultra. When we got there, they greater us than after telling them what we wanted, just the taxes and fees were 400 dollars . So we left went to AT&T talked with them got the unlimited talk and text with their fees was 230 for the 23 ultra and because I'm on disability I received 30 dollars off my account plus a native American discount of 75 a moth off my new 23 ultra. Our bill was outrageous with Verizon and could never get anything done.they put you on hold forever. We had been customers for over 15 years in good standing they didn't even try to satisfy us. They didn't even care. So goodbye verizon.we have great people working on all we ordered from AT&T. You not so much.......

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I went into this store because I had an issue with one of my phones. It's originally from Verizon. I switched carriers & the phone wasn't working with data or pic messaging. I go in & try to ask for help. The staff were so rude & unhelpful I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. The first saleswoman flat out said she wouldn't help. My significant other started getting upset with her so, she brought out the manager who was also rude & unhelpful. They basically said because we weren't "verizon customers" they won't help us & gave us some number to call which was worthless like their lack of customer service skills. After we tried calling and got no where with it, they completely ignored us & went on the other side of the store. It was by far the most unprofessional behavior I've EVER seen in my life. Regardless of that we were still customers in the store & they treated us like second class citizens. As someone who's worked in sales & customer service jobs I was absolutely disgusted at this behavior. If this is what verizon calls good customer service it's pathetic. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. THESE PEOPLE DONT DESERVE A PENNY. THEY'LL ONLY HELP YOU IF THEY CAN GET A COMMISSION CHECK OUT OF YOU.
