The eye doctor and staff at Visionworks are very friendly and always helpful. I've had my eye exams done there the past two years and have ordered several pairs of glasses. Their eye wear selection is good, and there's a variety of prices.

Hated my experience there. The most I've ever paid for an eye exam and 2 boxes of contacts! The doctor laughed at me with a very condescending laugh. I did not like my visit at all. They canceled my daughter's appointment because she is only 4 year old almost 5, which was ignoring.

I was able to get an appointment same day at a time that worked for me on the Web site. No delay in my appointment when I got there I was taken right in for eye exam and then met with the Dr immediately after exam.

My mom had fell and her glasses were bent pretty bad , called them today she said bring it right over and I'll try to fix !!! She had them fixed free in less than two minutes !!! She was amazing!!! ???

Worst ever! 138$ for the prescription and it was just useless the eye “doctor”hardly does contacts just pushes glasses. He wont listen wont try just smiled and gave the most expense easiest rx he could. They use cooper and he details into the rx, lenses that only he can order which are higher than Walmart’s. It has been my experience that when an optometrist pushes glasses hard he doesn’t really know about contacts. The best guy in joplin is 7th street Walmart. He is a contact lens wearer and knows how to get it done cheaply. Read the reviews everybody needing contacts will never go back.

I have been very impressed with the customer service at Visionworks. They were very informative when I needed to switch to bifocals & found ways to make them affordable. They were also understanding when I needed replacement frames almost a year later. The associate had the frames replaced in less than 10 minutes. She was super kind to my inquisitive children as well.

I went in to get my glasses fixed due to them being a little wiggly. The lady totally broke them and now they don’t fit. I called and they want me to basically buy a new pair due to their workers mistakes. Terrible customer service

Average easy-to-get-into eye doctor. I’ve been using this one for years now. The doctor has a very regimented routine and doesn’t do any small talk. The staff up front is hit or miss for service level. Today Darlene began our visit and another lady with blue hair finished it. I’ve never seen anyone embody the “I hate my job” persona as much as Darlene.They take two weeks to get your glasses back and it’s $15 to have them shipped directly to you. They also send multiple emails, texts, calls of reminders… which is however you perceive it to be based off preference.Overall, it’s average.

I am in the market for some new glasses but all the negative reviews about the doctor that is rude and doesn't listen is concerning. Do you have multiple doctors or just one?
