Pharmacy is not customer service oriented. They just don't give a shit. I spent five minutes on hold, trying to check on a scrip, and then they just hung up on me. When I got there, they gave me the wrong scrip, so I had to drive back.

The last few times there has been something wrong with my scripts. They put the wrong script number on one and it was difficult to get refilled after that and they keep refilling my old prescription instead of my most recent one. They said they couldn't give me my script for different reasons each time I asked. They were eager to get me off the phone as soon as they started the call and was rude and pushy. Would not listen and has a serious attitude problem. I'm switching pharmacies.

I called to refill my scripts and was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. I then got an email saying there was an insurance issue. I called and was told they needed my updated insurance card and I had to come in person. I did and they said that wasn’t the issue, I needed a prior auth. I called my Dr and got that done and called in to have them run it. They said it went thru and it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in about 30 to be told they were out. I asked who had it in stock. After a wait, it turns out they had it in stock and I would need to come back later - in 20 minutes or more. This is for a script that comes prepackaged in a box. I have waisted the better part of my afternoon in this drive thru getting the run around and experiencing unapologetic incompetence. Time to change pharmacies.

Absolutely disrespectful and rude pharmacy. The technicians and the pharmacist do nothing but talk over you until you stop talking then just argue and don't care to listen to anything you have to say. I am switching pharmacy's do to this ridiculous behavior and I was with them for years!!

1 star rating, solely based upon the fact I sat in the drive though for 20 mins, only to be told to return in 30 minutes. All for a very minimal amount of medicine....

This Walgreens pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to in my 41 years. They are so kind and hands down have the best customer service of any other pharmacy. They always take great care of me and strive to be fast and efficient. Thank you, truly, to all those that work here!!
