The pharmacy here is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Consistently out of the medications we need, opens late, closes early, and closed on random days often where they shouldn’t be. Definitely recommend going elsewhere for regular prescriptions.

Would leave zero Stars if possible. Have waited three hours so far for them to find my girlfriends rx post-op. Then when they finally find them at 1pm they refuse to fill because it's too close to lunch(1:30) Meanwhile my girlfriend is sobbing due to the post-operative pain. I had to call out sick from work because of how long the wait time was. Ended up buying otc pain medication to try and help the pain. I know I won't get a rebate. If putting people through this kind of thing is legal, it shouldn't be. Timothy was the psychopath who brushed off our concerns and watched my girlfriend cry.

I love this Walgreens! The layout is nice and big and and they have a huge selection of beer and liquor. I don't use the pharmacy here but the Walgreens employees at the counter are always super friendly and helpful. This is my Walgreens of choice in Joplin.

Horrid customer service. Pharmacy tech tech refused to fill an RX for TWO pills because they were going to lunch in a couple of minutes. You're still on the clock! Get it together, Walgreens.

Cashier Tristan was extremely rude when I asked for a price check he said "it should be listed on the shelf". I explained some things I got previously rang up wrong. He said nothing. Then when I went to use my $6 reward when I purchased $20 he said "okay but you realize this is not giving you back $6." He was rude with other customers as well when he had to put a ladies cart up. He should not be working directly with customers. Find him a job where he can use other skills. Because people skills he has none!

If you are wanting to get a PCR TEST, the turnaround time is 72hrs. They use Aegis company, if you need it fast go to a Walgreens that uses Labcorp they get you your results fast 24 hr. We didn't know and got stuck at the airport paying $250 for 1hr PCR RESULT.

They make to were you have too you a debit card or credit card at store. I will never go there again. If you use cash they round up. Ehat

I would leave zero star for the pharmacy at this Walgreen location. They do not know how to treat patients with kindness. Can someone enlighten them? The worst pharmacist I ever met.
