“I came in looking specifically for the Kohl’s cares stuffies. There was only one character on display that I was looking for in that line. So as I checked out, I asked the sweet young cashier when she would expect the others in. She said they actually have them & are tagging them as we speak. She called to the back & had one of each of the others brought up to the front for me.

“I normally love American eagle. I’m just mad about this one thing. They didn’t have my size in these cargos and so I ordered 2 pairs online at the store and the employee didn’t repeat the address to me so now I probably won’t get them ever. It would take one second just to repeat it to me but nope and now I will never get my package. So if you’re going to order at the store like I did, ask for them to repeat it because they don’t even try. The address they put in wasn’t even real.”

The employees were quick to greet me, and ask to assist. They offered help during my shopping time, and were all so very sweet! “This Old Navy is always put together very well I'm not sure that's because no one shops there or their staff is just that excellent at recovering their store every day but it's a nice place to shop I highly recommend it probably one of the highlights of the North point Mall all together”

“The sales were great! The young girl working on the pink side, measured me,, told me I wore a 32 c, so I bought some bras,: & panties 10 for 35, the bras were too small, I will have to drive 45 minutes to the mall again, just to exchange the bras. Gas is very high right now, & the frustration of getting there,, and returning the bras is so disappointing,,, I love Victoria secret, but this taught me to always trust my instincts & try one one next time”
“Love the customer service! Only complaint is that it’s really short staffed and when they’re busy with someone else or at the cash register, i have to wait for a dressing room or to get something down. I see the same 2 people every time i go in. Would love to see the vibe in the store go up.”
“I love the availability of the high quality makeup, but the personnel seemed very busy with other customers, and wasn't very much of a help. No one asked me if I needed help, I had to ask them, and it seemed like I was a bother. But other than that, the product availability is exceptional.”

My favorite women's clothing store is located in the mall. It has its own separate entrance. The store is older but well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was delighted to have a 30% off coupon. I purchased four shirts and a dress.

“I have to say I visited ROSS store today, 3/4/26.. And the store looked really well-organized, neat and clean. Checking out was quick. There is a Security Guard there working, I didn't get his name. But he said he is a Army Veteran.. He was super courteous. super professional, just a wonderful person, and when he asked to check your receipt when exiting, he was very nice and professional. This was at the Rangeline Store in Joplin Mo.”
