“Got two trucks inspected. First time went that day all staff was nice. Man at desk working inside and guy that inspected it. Second time the lady at desk was rude and said you can go wait by last inspection stall, everyone is busy right now and maybe someone will get with you. Everyone was just standing around chatting, not busy working. A different guy did inspection from first go around and he was nice and did his job professionally.”
