BEAWARE!
Change of review.
After paying and using the unit for about 6 months, struggling to pay the monthly dues because their system is crap. They continuously told us they were going to lock us out even when we were paid up. We moved our stuff out, called them to close the account, and was told we were good and would no longer be charged for the unit. A few weeks later, we are now fighting with the company to close our account. They are trying to charge us for a month after we have closed the account. Scam artists, for sure!

We have had our unit for about 3 months. Everything is how we would expect it to be. Except, on weekends the secure gate is left open all day long. A person has yard sales every weekend and appears to be blocking units. My worry is who is coming in and out and whose to say they won't get into my unit on the secluded backside. I chose this unit because it had a locked gate. I didn't know it would be left open every weekend.

I have rented from this storage unit for years. Since the new owners have taken over it has been nothing but a headache from them not answering the phone to them losing payments. It has always been on auto pay for years. My debit card expired and instead of the new owners answering the phone and taking a new one I have been charged late fees threaten with lock out and auction dates. Would not recommend.

I've rented from this company for many years. I've never had any problems until the new owners took over a year ago. They will remove your lock and not communicate that too you. They will charge your account even after you have moved out. I suggest you never store your belongings with them unless you want to get ripped off and your things stolen and damaged! I would gladly rate them ZERO stars but that's not an option.

Paid several months ahead for years. Had a $64 credit and I was told "Don't count on a refund". Piss poor service . Never had a problem when aRoger owned it. What a way NOT to do business

This is a great facility! Super easy to rent online and find a unit. They made a lot of improvements since the summer.

Had two lockers for six months. One of the roofs leaked bringing down some of the insulation.. we had damage to some of our possessions, some we're ruined..owner said sorry, and walked away.
