“I am very satisfied with Lake Collision Repair. My wife was coming back from Saint Louis late at night on highway 44, and a large box truck passed her on the left and pulled in ahead of her and all of a sudden the left tire she'd it's retard and it hit the front left of my wife's car. It pushed the front quarter of the fender back slightly and ash gnarly dr dislodged the wheel well around the wheel.
We called and spoke with Barbara and she told us to stop by for an estimate. She looked at it and gave us a reasonable estimate so we scheduled the repair for the next week. We took the car in and dropped it off and we were to pick it up later that day. Unfortunately, the vendor sent them the wheel well liner for the wrong side. Barbara called and apologized for the issue and they had already gotten arrangements from their vendor to have it delivered later that day. No problem for us.
The next morning they called and said it was ready. We went and picked it up and it looked good as new.
Barbara was wonderful to work with and had a great personality. Again, my wife and I we're very pleased with how everything was handled. I highly recommend them.”
