“Travel 12 hours to purchase a motorcycle they close at 4 called David and let him know we were close and he said no worries they had everything ready to get me in and out. Got there at 3 and just like he said quick in and out help load the bike and made sure we were good gave us shirts as gifts and told us to let him know when we got home safely ( everyone their was ready to help/assist)”

He was working the desk alone, but it didn't feel that way by the way he worked! David installed my tires. He went above and beyond giving me advice on the tires I just had replaced and changing out my spare for a better one he had just pulled off. Overall, Jim and David will keep me coming back! The guys at Hi-Tech hauled us back to the shop where they repaired the tire and sent us on our way home. We're grateful for their help and pretty sure you will be too!!”
