The owners or company usually only has one person working. Which isn't very professional to do that for safety purposes and making customers wait very, very long time. And not fair to the one person working there.

We were gassing up our car when I saw this woman, I assume she is an employee, smoking a cigarette while sitting on the sidewalk across from the gas pumps. This seems to be careless this close to the pumps, especially since she was flicking the ashes into the street. I have a picture but there doesn't seem to be a way to post it.

I am giving this place a one star because it's no longer a business the district manger and the manger at jiffy stop all the employees but 2 are just trash they're sleeping with the customers trying to get people fired from their jobs I mean honestly it's no longer just a business or gas station some of these so called manger's and stuff are trying to ruin there customers life's i moving away so as for my time here sherry and the other woman Tammy they just fired we're there best employees and I'll miss them as for all those other employees get a fuming life a stop f****** and trying to ruin everyone's life fr!

I stood at the register for 20 minutes while the fat cashier stood at the pump and flirted with some guy. Would have been nice if shed put a customer before her desires.

This gas station has consistently gone downhill over the past couple of years. They no longer carry as wide a variety of drinks as they used to and getting a pump is usually hard. A couple of the employees are very friendly, but most of them have horrible attitudes. Suzy has been rude every time I've been in for the past year. Not sure how she's even still employed. Fortunately, gas stations aren't hard to come by so skip this one and go somewhere else!

Do not try to use your HyVee fuel saver points at this place. I should of got 97 cents off a gallon and only got 95 cents total off the total I should of saved $18.48 and only saved 95 cents. The store manager Anna rudely told us it's Hi Vee's card it's their problem. Terrible attitude from this manager and I will never buy anything from there again. Maybe ever from any jiffy stop to be honest.

Don't try to use your HyVee fuel saver points here I just did and only received ninety five off the total price of my fuel. I should of saved saved $18.48 when trying to fix this problem the manager Anna rudely said it was Hi Vee's card and was their problem. After a quick trip Hi Vee the manager their didn't want to lose us as a customer and gave us a gift card to compensate our loss, but this Jiffy Stop lost me as a customer again. Really shitty customer service with the manager and Hi Vee said she could of fixed it.
