Called on a Sunday and reached a live person. Needed information IMMEDIATELY .. Had to find a place for my son to leave my boat unexpectedly at the lake.
Leann was easy to work with on the phone and Chris helped my son when he arrived. The owners live on site so they offered to help and WOW, talk about a secure place!!!!

“We have had our unit for about 3 months. Everything is how we would expect it to be. Except, on weekends the secure gate is left open all day long. A person has yard sales every weekend and appears to be blocking units. My worry is who is coming in and out and whose to say they won't get into my unit on the secluded backside. I chose this unit because it had a locked gate. I didn't know it would be left open every weekend.”
