My time living in this location was initially positive under the previous management. However, since the new leadership took over, I've experienced nothing but problems. The current management team is terrible at communicating, they make constant changes, and there's a new employee every week, causing endless frustration. Despite reporting a broken AC unit during the hottest months of July and August, they failed to assist me and my family, and we were forced to leave the apartment. On top of that, my living room has suffered from four or five ceiling leaks that have caused damage to my furniture. I strongly advise against choosing this location and suggest you spend your money elsewhere. The people in charge live in a different state, and they seem to care little about their tenants or the community. In summary, my living experience here has been the absolute worst, thanks to the current management's negligence. They even killed my plants! All in all, I could have had a much better experience, but instead, I've been completely disappointed.

These are absolutely beautiful apartments. Nothing else good to say. Office staff is not friendly. Maintenance requests are not taken care in a reasonable manor, if they do them at all. Not quite sure how they get the rent they do for absolutely no care or concern for their tenants at all. You pay rent that's it. Once you move in do not expect anything else. When you do move in please remember, you were warned.

I moved into the apartments about 2 weeks ago and I’ve had a pretty horrible experience with management so far. The first day I moved in they gave me a key to my door and also a fob to the building that did not work. I let the office staff know that the fob did not work the first day I moved in and was not provided a new fob until about a week later. I was stuck outside my apt once because the app to get in the door was not working and I had to stay at my sisters house for a few days simply because they would not give me a replacement fob the day that I asked for one. I was also not provided a mailbox key to check my mail on my move in date. The staff advised me that it would only be a few days until I got one and it has now been two weeks and I still have not been able to have access to my mail…Every time I ask about the mailbox key they say that are ‘checking with maintenance’ pretty sad that they don’t consider this a priority for the residents that live here.. people do have bills to pay and they need access to their mail for various other reasons. The whole staff just seems unhelpful/unprofessional and just seems like they give you the run around when it comes to pretty serious matters…. Very poor move in experience so far and extremely disappointing management.

My sister moved in 2 weeks ago and she’s had many problems. The lofts themselves are so nice and big, but the staff is so rude and unprofessional. When she first moved in they gave her a bad cut key so it would take us 20 minutes just to open her door. She had to stay with me for 2 nights because we couldn’t open the door and staff never answers the office phone. It’s been 2 weeks and she still does not have her key to her mail box. We called 19 times yesterday and when we finally got an answer the woman name Cathia we spoke to was rude and just kept saying she’s speaking with maintenance- she was short and just overall unpleasant on the phone when we were just trying to get basic information. We called again today and it was a young man named Caleb that has a really bad attitude and hung up on us when we asked about the key again. When we ask to speak to a leasing manager or any kind of manager they just hang up or stay silent on the line- it's really strange and just really sucks because the lofts are so nice but if you need anything done or need to contact the leasing office you have to wait weeks and speak to unpleasant workers that don’t like their jobs

This is actually a joke sign. They don't really do anything.Lol! I've lived here since Dec 2017! You have me on file. This is a blatant lie! The management was amazing when I moved in. Since you've taken over I give the place negative stars.

Old management was waaaay better. New management is extremely unresponsive and seems pretty unorganized. No communication when work orders are submitted.

Love the apartment, but management is terrible to get in touch with. I've tried to be patient because we live in very strange times with the virus, but It shouldn't take almost 3 weeks to get a mail key with no response...

My buddy lived here. Not bad. Maybe a few renovations wouldn't hurt but overall ok if you want to love in downtown KC.
