We have gotten the run around on the 14 Plus eSIM problem for over a year. It’s a known issue.The 800 number was willing to replace the phone. But they would have to put nearly, $1000 of our money on hold. To get around that, they told us to come into the store. So we did.Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We talked to two managers. Apparently on the same level of management. The first passed us off, he clearly didn’t want to deal with the problem.The manager, Chris, refused to offer any solution other than to have them “fix” the phone. Even though, multiple times they stated that the problem was unfixable.Apparently, he is the highest person in Apple and had no manager that we could speak to or that he could ask for assistance.He talked in circles coming back to the one “resolution” that doesn’t fix anything.What’s sad, is the first person we talked to was kind and understanding and I honestly believe he would have actually helped us if he could.It’s clear that helping us would have affected hitting the manager’s revenue targets.

My best suggestion is to call ahead if you need to speak with an Apple product support person about any Apple product! They’ll make an appointment for you over the phone which can save you the time and frustration of waiting or trying to leave to get things done and hoping you get back on time.We thought we were having technical issues with our Apple TV box. I took the box & remote down to the store on the Plaza. I did have to wait over 1.5 hours for an appointment as a walk-in (definitely call ahead).When I did receive assistance, Nathan and Chris immediately went to work plugging my box into their monitor. It worked right away for them. Instead of just saying “nothing is wrong have a nice day”, they performed troubleshooting to ensure that they didn’t miss anything.I was glad I brought the remote because that was the ultimate problem….easy fix! They showed me how to access the battery charge level by going into a specific place in the Apple settings. Since there’s no indicator light on the remote, we hadn’t known how to check it. We’d been charging it enough to function, but not to the full 100%.To make absolutely certain everything was truly working correctly, they set up a phone appointment with the tech guys for later in the evening. We followed the steps recommended by Chris & Nathan and we were back working like new again. By the time we received the tech call, all was working and we are happy customers with ALL the Apple support we received.~ Thanks again to Nathan & Chris for outstanding customer service and support!

I bought an Apple Watch and couldn’t get it paired with my iPhone. The young man who helped me took his time and found the problem and fixed the problem. I now wear my watch proudly.

Associate Lois she was very helpfulShe is so smart very knowledgeableI have hard time to figure out my phone problem but she didn’t left me until she makes sure she fixed everything for me I really appreciate your help you are amazing and thanks Apple Store this is how the customer service should be thank you so much

Joshua - super nice??????????Thanks for your help-Based on other people's reviews, it seems that taking photos is allowed in the store, as there are many photos available. After purchasing a MacBook, I took a photo from where I was standing using my camera. However, someone who appeared to be a supervisor approached and stopped me. They said I had to delete all the photos due to Apple regulations. I was speechless and couldn't understand. I hadn't inconvenienced anyone by taking photos while walking around; I simply took a picture from where I made the purchase.

Apple Store in the Country Club PlazaAll cool to see what Apple is doing. State of the Art cell phone , computers , tablets , displays and peripherals.I’m like a kid in a candy store.The facility is always clean and well lit. Staff is friendly and helpful.I was looking at the newer iPhones comparing mine to the amazing innovations.Apple scores a solid 5 stars
