They are the worst ever at customer service

Consistently setting records as the worst customer service in history. Welcome to health care in America as this is the only place covered by my insurance. Somehow Apria manages to be worse than socialized medicine and yet have no advantages of the free marketplace. They are truly the embodiment of corporate cronyism with zero accountability. I've never once placed an order with them that didn't have the amount changed to a more expensive amount at a later date without notification. My call today resulted in someone arguing that I haven't ordered supplies since 2016, seven years ago. Nope, been ordering every few months consistently for over 10 years now. You can always count on having 1-2 calls per order cut off before you get through, which was my experience again today. I know the rep has my info and pulled it up. You would think they would call you back right? Nope, I've never received a call back after being cut off on a call. Fortunately, their random robot call system will call you every few days around when you are due to order. Thankfully, it's a robot that if you answer, it will waster your time and not put you through to a rep, so they've got that going for them. I've not had a smooth transaction with Apria in almost 11 years now, so they are fantastic at what they do. I noticed their average rating is 1.9, I'm just wanting to meet the people who gave them a 2 in real life, just wondering if they felt sorry for all the 1's. Don't worry though, they don't have to answer to anyone so the negative rating I would give them if I could will go unread and unresponded to. Amazing things happening here, Negative 5 stars.

One star because there wasn't an 1/8th star. Horrible. I've been a CPAP customer for over ten years and recently went on medicare. My insurance always paid for everything and I never had to deal with their customer service. Until medicare and the percentage of the bill fell on me. Which by the way was never known because apria doesn't send invoices. Electronic or post. I have less than 60.00 owed and have been inundated with phone calls from eastern indian employees which I can barely understand threatening me with collections. I'm so done with apria

Don’t call billing department, they don’t speak English very well and don’t understand what you say All they can say so sorry. I got my statement on the 9th of July and stating it had to be paid by the 7th of July. She was so upset that the bill of $3.56 wasn’t paid. They tried to double bill me. But she couldn’t understand she just worried about unpaid balance. Need better people working in billing

I received the Nebulizer but, it was incomplete. There pharmacist made excuses redirected me to a local LA office but, all they gave me was a disconnected number. When I called them back about the bad phone number, they now informed me that I was only supposed to get what was in the box.They don't supply the .7 Saline Solution, only the .9. I told them I could get it thru my local pharmacy (Walgreen's).They told me last week that they would send the Albuterol but, they didn't. Finally, when I spoke to them today they promised I would receive it tomorrow. We will see.So, in summary,. I received the nebulizer.. I am waiting on the Albuterol. I am underwhelmed by Apria's performance and their misinformation.

My wife and I are DoorDashers and we took a delivery to this location from Old Chicago. There were 24 FULL MEALS with NO TIP! Obviously this was a business luncheon and as a large business you give a ZERO TIP!!! THATS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!Next time, send one of your employees! I’m sure they get paid!! YOUR COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!

I was eligible for the inogen thru my Medicare plan. They brought me out the inogen and much smaller main base unit...(concentrator). The service and the tech that brought them out was excellent...going thru them again for a new nebulizer.

Call the local office and you get routed to their national call center with agents with abrasive attitudes, etc. They cannot even answer simple questions and read from a script. Put down the damn script and talk to your customers! SMH.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING STUCK ON HOLD FOREVER. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR! Apria sent supplies that I didn't order. I didn't want them and didn't want to be billed for them. I knew from past experience that Apria's prices would be sky high if I hadn't met my deductable. Plus, if I kept them, they would keep sending more. I called them three times and ended up waiting on hold for more than ten minutes each time (on my cell phone). Each time, I got transferred and had to wait on hold some more. I tried to do an online chat, and the person I got ahold of said they couldn't help me and rudely discontinued the chat without another word. Finally, I drove to an Apria facility. The closest was about ten miles away. It turned out to be an "Apria Pharmacy" supplier. They told me that they only dealt with pharmacies. I told them that I was extremely frustrated with their poor customer service. They finally sent out a nice lady that offered to fix the problem, even though it wasn't what they normally do there. She did make some calls and resolved the problem. She called me a few minutes after I left her office to let me know. What a hassle! For future cpap supply needs, I plan on researching online to find a company with decent customer review ratings. Apria doesn't even deserve one star. Hopefully, I can find a local small business for my cpap needs. Most of the small items, like hoses and filters, are reasonably priced on Amazon. I wish I could find reasonably priced cpap machines and masks online.

I read all the reviews about this company but thought I would give them a try anyway. Everything that has been written is true, customer service department does not speak english, there phone system is terrible and you'll spend a lot of time running through a maze of phone options before you get to speak to anyone. I will not give my business to them.

If I could give Apria Healthcare a 1/2 star, I would. The customer service is "poor". Please do hot use this company to purchase medical supplies.
