“I needed a birthday card for an aunt who is a nonagenarian and still going strong. I stopped by this little shop on the Plaza since I was in the area. I found four good cards and took them home. My wife and I could decide on which of our top two choices to send. So she sent one and I sent the other. It's a small store but crammed full of high quality cards, paper, etc. The staff was really helpful and engaging. I found a parking spot on Ward Parkway by The Granfalloon. It's justarrived the corner.”
“I’ve ALWAYS said no trip to Crown Center is complete without a stop in the Crayola Store! So many great products to choose from and this place also brings back a lot great memories of my childhood and the kids have a lot of fun in here!”
“Staff are great and they have tons of options for pottery. It's not always fun when you go in when it's super cause they are limited on glazes. The milkshakes are fine. It's a bit more for older kids and date nights but it can be family fun. I am a bit sad to see that they smudged a fingerprint signature on my pottery but we're all human and accidents happen.”
“Other reviews are accurate. Boxes everywhere. Hard to shop. They are clearly understaffed. Working retail isn't easy. Finding people to work retail isn't easy. The workers are clearly trying. Please be kind to all retail workers. Most have no clue what they go through.”
“I am a professional, full time freelance artist and this is the only place I know purchase art supplies in Kansas City. The staff goes out of their way to answer questions and provide recommendations. If they don’t have it, they can usually order it and you can pick up in store. The store is organized well with a good selection and the prices are competitive.”
