This isn't my first rodeo with these people. We were on a recorded line. I pray Quality listens to our conversation. Unfortunately no one knows what is going on with my account or money. I live day to day and my .50 matters. If I spent it cool, if you double dipping I'm calling you out with a foul. I'm now looking for a new financial institution that respect the little people. My feelings are hurt and not currently ok. This is definitely not my truth in lending institution. I'm 53. I've not only been to the bank I worked there for 10 years. Not Arvest tho. I'm new to this dishonest behavior in the bank area.

My elderly father and I have been Arvest customers on our shared business account for several years, and he has been for years before that. We have had nothing but good experiences.In the midst of him needing to get some business taken care of at the bank urgently enough that he hobbled out of the house on his walker while recovering from a broken hip to come in with me (which is particularly taxing on him), the manager here was unaccommodating, unkind, and made our lives unnecessarily difficult.Do not recommend.Too bad, too, because the teller was awesome.

Place has definitely changed over time, I seen a few people that has stayed around throughout the time and staff has definitely changed dramatically with attitudes and support some staff are easygoing and only two seem to be really rude and lack the role of helping people, other than that I’ve been banking for years it’s a good bank

Excellent, easy & educational was my experience with opening up a new account today.The man at the window (can’t remember his name) opened up an account for my friend & I. Which was one of the best educational bank experiences I’ve had. Major thank you ? to him and the entire branch. From us!

Terrible place to bank ..they take all your money in fees of stuff you dont want .they set you in accounts that drain you .and then when you point out their wrong they ignore you or make it seem like you was wrong ..i been waiting over 6 months to get my money back .today they wont even give me an answer...you should be ashamed !!! Taken from the poor ..greedy

Arvest online banking is a deceptive and fraudulent. They will not allow you to open an online banking over the phone. The want you to go into a branch and pay money to open an account. The customer service both online and in person is rude .

This Branch location is racist! This is the only branch in the metropolitan area that doesn't offer the customers a Public restroom. This is done only in the black community. All communities should be treated equally. When I file a complaint with the customer service department my account was closed. I am happy they exposed their racism and did not care about who knows.

This bank is inconsistent and make the rules as they go! Not all but some of the bankers are not at all friendly and major attitude reflects their customer service ! I rate a 0 star but not an option! All other locations are great!

Professional, outstanding service with a smile! Just opened an account, and was very impressed with Marisol Escobedo and the staff there. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure i had a good understanding about my product choice.

I went to create a new checking account and since I walked in until I left was quick, professional and well-organized. The assistant branch manager (Bryan Montelongo) worked with my solicitude and explained me everything I wanted to know and answer all my questions, kindly and friendly at all moment.

Just opened an account and very surprised with both the teller Dana I believe & Brittny was amazing. The customer service these two woman gave me has been unmatched!!! Thanks for being great.
