They are horrible. Open account 5 weeks for ATM card. Went 4 branches to get it fixed! Nope it 3 more times to get a pin number. I wasted my time and my money trying them to figure out their jobs. Closing my accounts including preferred account with minimum of $20,000 dollars a month and they don’t care. My problem is still being figured out after 2 weeks. These people are hacks.

Lobby is closed. Made appointment to open an account, and came next day. They awkwardly asked for most of my information over the speaker which they could barley ahear.After that They had me park and Debbie comes out and is very angry for some reason. I felt as if I was a criminal and not a potential customer. She was very aggressive and uncomfortable to speak to.I though I’d be invited in, but no. They wanted to open an account from the PARKING LOT!!! This was a humiliating experience as Debbie made me feel stupid and yelled at me because “she has 3 employees out with COVID” as if it was my fault.I couldn’t take it anymore and finally left. I thought banks were more professional? Apparently not Arvest.Bank looks outdated and looks like it’s had better days. Calendars are not up to date and drive thru equipment looks like it’s falling apart. Will never bank here.

Great customer service, employees are outstanding, excellent branch. Very clean lobby. They have a change machine and serve free popcorn and coffee. 5/5 would recommend this location to friends and family in the area.

The location in South KC has problems. The staff aren't very welcoming or friendly. The one in Belton has incredible staff that couldn't possibly be nicer. Could use more atm locations overall.
