Today I went in to this location because my 12 pro max completely died! Joshua helped me get a new phone and send my old one in to be replaced since I had insurance. He listened to my needs and came back with options. He even called them for me to start my claim. I wanted to leave with a working phone rather that be repair the old or get a new one and he came back with the most cost efficient way to achieve both goals. He made sure to offer ways to save money on my bill so that it didn't change to drastically!! I'm very appreciative! Thanks for excellent customer service, in today's world you don't get that often. Ask for Joshua when you go in! Thanks for taking care of me Joshua!

Worst customer service. They took my money for a new phone and never delivered it. They are refusing to give me my money back. The manager was the one who was rude. He kept saying that the information is in the email we got but we didn’t get any emails. This store has just stolen my money and they were happy about it. Looking at the other reviews it looks like they don’t want to help once they get your money and tell you to leave. The manager actually said that all they care about is sales.

Not a place I would recommend. They told me they would work with me. And after talking to someone in the store. He confirmed I could get help extending my bill because I had broken my wrist and elbow and needed time to heal now I can't know if a job will call me back or not dint have a phone number to get a job thanks atnt you made it where I can't pay you even if I wanted too switching companies deal with the loss since you're a trash company

My android phone was not working properly so stopped by for help. Christian checked it out but could not repair it. We looked at new phones but he didn't have a full list of phones for my plan and gave me a number to call. After calling the number, a gentleman was able to find the exact phone for my plan for $5 a month. Very happy with the service from both representatives. Many thanks to AT&T and Christian for the great service.

We were helped and prioritized as soon as we walked in the doors. Derek and the manager on duty made it a great experience and were very helpful on how to save the most money when buying the new iPhone 15s. They asked what I did for work as a union worker so I could get the union discount. Overall very satisfied with the customer service experience at this location.

Always EXTREMELY unhelpful, except one young man, he is wonderful every time I visit. Everyone else is extremely unhelpful, yes I’m aware that the inconveniences on my account is my fault but no one will sit there and deeply explain it to me other than the young man who name started with a B(has locks or twist). They also don’t greet all the guests when they enter as I’ve been ignored multiple times. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I worked with Braijion at the store and he was incredible. Both myself and my best best got a new phone and we love them. He was patient and knowledgeable and we highly recommend this store as all he staff was very pleasant. Zack, Dustin and the rest of the crew.

I have been to the AT&T store twice in two weeks both times I worked with Braijion. He was outstanding to work with. He was very patient in asking and understanding our needs. Braijion explained our options and worked with us to make sure we were happy with our service before we left the store. He also provided us with his cell number, email address should we have any problems after leaving the store. I feel that Braijion went above and beyond in the customer service he provided to us.

I went in looking for help applying a discount. The manager was very arrogant and was openly cussing with his coworkers with MULTIPLE people in the store. I ended up just figuring out my discount myself because all they knew how to do was call people. I spent an hour and fifteen minutes in the store when I decided just to dig in deeper and fix my issue myself. Very uneducated. Will not be recommending to anyone!

I used to hate going to the AT&T store. It was very boring and it felt like time passed slower. With the addition of Zach and Derek helping me this time, it was riveting. They were helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, entertaining, and beautiful. After I left, I wanted to kick myself for not inviting them to my wedding. They are great guys, the kind you’d wanna get a beer with after. Definitely stop by and see Zach and Derek. They will help you quickly and efficiently. I cant wait to break my screen protector again so I can come back again! Give them employees of the year and a raise.

My daughter’s phone broke and she went to the Zona Rosa store to purchase a new one. We are both teachers, so she needed an affordable option. Korbin assisted her and she explicitly told him she did not want any extras, such as insurance. She trusted the associate, felt satisfied with her purchase, and did not feel a need to closely examine her receipt. However, we were shocked to discover two months later we had several add-ons added to our account ($44 monthly) without our consent. We went back to the store, but Korbin was now working at the Westport location. Cristian helped us and went above and beyond. We were hesitant to trust another AT&T employee, but he was extremely understanding and kind. Cristian spent an hour with us making sure the three add-ons were removed and we received a full refund. We were even given an additional $25 as a further apology. Cristian helped us knowing he would not receive any commission, it was simply to ensure the unauthorized charges were removed and that we were comfortable again with our account. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Cristian if you need anything from the Zona Rosa AT&T. I would be cautious using Korbin from the Westport location. If you do, examine your receipt carefully.
