“Great working with Tanner's! I emailed pictures of the damage and they emailed an estimate. Once they got the vehicle in person, they adjusted the estimate up slightly due to broken parts that they could not see in photos. They communicated efficiently about the repair work and timeline. When I picked the vehicle up, it was all put back together and looks great. The final price was less than the estimate as well. I don't like having to deal with broken vehicles, but when I do, I'm coming back to Tanner's.”

“I seriously can't recommend this shop enough -- Charles Sr. and Charles Jr. were amazing to work with. A boulder clean ripped off my bumper last night and I called around to several body shops this morning to see about having it reattached. Every single shop told me I'd need a full bumper replacement and quoted me $1300-$2000 without even looking at the car. I was certain it could be reattached, so I kept looking for a shop who would at least hear me out. Then I found these guys!!! They got me in immediately, reattached my bumper and popped out the dents, all in less than 3 hours and for a couple hundred bucks. Not only that, they also detailed my car inside and out! They were honest, fast, and went above and beyond. If you're looking for quality work without getting ripped off, these are your guys.”
“I sent my car in for inspection. It didn't pass inspection and they don't do exhaust work. They told me where would be a good place to take it. They were very courteous and professional. I have taken my car here for years and believe them to be honest and upfront with me which is something I can't say about some others in the car repair field. Highly recommend.”

My husband and I had purchased 4 brand new tires from Big O Tires at the legends. The side wall blew out of one after a year and 18,000 miles. Trying to get the tire warrantied through them was an absolute nightmare!
Nitto had us select another dealer to work with and after working with KC Customs previously, we chose to work with them on this issue.

How ever, I had an urge to buy a Ford maverick, my daughter told me to go to GARY CROSSLEY IN LIBERTY MO , because my son-in-law had bought a truck there several years ago and loved it.
So I Went there, and I met a sales rep by the name of Clark, he was very helpful and very understanding to the fact that I was picky. THEY did not have what I wanted so he started looking on the Internet. It took some time, but he did find a vehicle that I wanted, and several days later, he called me and said he had picked it up.
This entire transaction was probably the “ most pleasant “ I have ever had at a car dealer. Everyone there were super friendly and very helpful . I have had this truck for three days now and totally love it.
I love the experience I had, and like I said it was the best I’ve ever had in the transaction of buying a new car.
