I rent from this location quite often and Sharif has helped me many times. He is always very professional, personable and efficient. I hope Avis recognizes that employees like Sharif makes doing business here a pleasure, and he takes pride in his job, thus making Avis look good.

Easy in and out. I'd definitely rent here again. Conveniently located in the Loews, I was able to walk here. It's also close to the trolley line, resolving the rental car conundrum of needing a car or a ride to rent a car, which is the case for many other locations. I was greeted promptly and was on the road shortly thereafter. After-hours drop facilitated a return that evening after closing. Great experience!

I rented the car for 2 days in April went to Austin Texas and back...Car was a 2021 Honda.... nice and all but why they charge me $47 Four months after???? Then the next time I needed to rent a car all the sudden I don't pass the credit check. Nothing has changed in my life not good nor bad so??? They hating on me fraudulently take money out of my bank debit card 4 months after I rented the car and then no longer answer my calls when I called to find out why... Then now in January of 2023 I went in to rent a car again and my credit is messed up??? ????

The Avis representative I talked to when I picked up the rental car was very unprofessional. He got a personal call on his cell phone, and then begin chitchatting on his phone while trying to complete my paperwork. He didn’t give me any instructions on exactly where to return the vehicle either. When he pulled up in the vehicle, he apologized that the car was dirty, but just laughed it off in a jokingly manner. He then overcharged me $200 for an economy car that I had less than 24 hours. He then told me when I dropped the car back off, to put the keys in the dropbox because he’s never at his desk for rental returns.

We received the smallest car known to mankind from the airport Avis and luckily found this Avis in the hotel we were staying. Through the two days of swapping out cars (day 1 was swap, day 2 was actually leaving with car), both ladies who helped me were super nice and accommodating.

Has been a horrible experience all around. It was extremely difficult to find where we were going, even after calling several times to ask where we should pick up the vehicle. We were lucky if we got an answer at all. We were given a downgraded vehicle that was absolutely filthy on the inside. It had the previous renter’s belongings and trash in it. We were told our card wouldn’t be charged until drop off and we were charged an hour after leaving. The communication is terrible. The car we received was disgusting and not at all what we paid for. When we called to ask why our account was charged the wrong day and $200 more than we were told we were given an attitude and zero explanation from the man who met us. We will never use this service again & will urge all others to avoid it as well.

5-STARS... Dione was so helpful. I was in a pinch to get my GF a car while she stayed in K.C. and I am here in Michigan... There was no luck around town and it was beginning to seem a lost cause. Dione said she was going to make a few calls and get back to me within an hour. She called me back in less than 5 minutes with a perfect solution! THANK YOU !!!
