After my experience with this location the past couple of days I’m really thinking about just switching banks all together. I made a cash deposit in the ATM a week ago and still no money has showed up in my account. Been in contact with them all week and keep hearing my money should be in my account today then the next day nope still waiting. IDK something definitely seems fishy maybe this location needs to be investigated

Staff there is lazy, and on their phones. I went to get a voided check, and they told me they didn’t do those when I’ve been to this location once before to get a voided check already.

There is no lobby at this location for any actual personal banking. A few years after I opened up an account there, the rules changed on my account, and they started charging fees. I find that very deceptive. I will never do business with them again.

Be-careful, i believe they steal what you have deposited, never go back to this specific bank location. go to any other bankmw and you will be happy.

Bank Midwest is historically unreliable, inconsistent, incompetent, and not to be trusted with your Business or Personal banking accounts. Our company has filed complaints with FDIC and the Federal Reserve, as well as a Breach of Fiduciary Duty lawsuit for the absurd mismanagement and ill-advisory of Deposited Funds. I hope you never never anything from the Regional Manager (Kansas) because she's as d*** and redundant as they come. Grandview Branch is the only one I can say was a pleasure to work with and know what they're doing, but sadly they have no Management abilities to satisfy the needs of our complaint. This left us working with Brenda and Dani of the Rainbow location, a few no names at the Downtown HQ, and the worst of all, arrogant, repetitive, and least helpful, Karabeth Ransburg, the Regional Manager of (presumably nothing considering how Helpful ((not)) she was) Kansas Branches. We hope the bad reviews, regulatory complaints, and lawsuit help prevent problems like ours for future Depositors. Stay Away!

These people by far as the rudest people ever and usually Bank Midwest people are so nice but these people I can't believe how inconvenienced they act.......good thing I don't come here often, I'd change banks!!!!!!!

I was just here trying to cash a payroll check from my company that does all of its business through this bank they refused to cash my check even though it was a bank Midwest check listing their reasoning as I am NOT a customer and the drive thru is only for customers then they told me if I wanted to drive 20 minutes away I can get my check cashed there for a $3 surcharge even though that bank would be closed in 15 minutes which I told them and they said oh no it doesn't close until 6:10 which is a lie because I checked online I've already called my boss and if I have anything to say about it we will be switching banks and I hope that not giving me $500 is worth losing our buisness
