I've lost count of the number of customers that the security guard has had to tell that the bank doesn't open until 10 and those people leftThey obviously don't care about their customers convenience here

Called and asked if they had a notary. I was told yes and then they scheduled my appointment. I waited an hour for my appointment since I was so far from home. I went in at my appointment time and then they tell me I can't get an notary because I don't have an account with them. They didn't ask nor did they mention it on the phone. Thanks for wasting my time!

If you want a bank that's never open and refers you to the 1-800 number with any questions, this is the bank for you! Save yourself the frustration and drive to the one north on state line where they actually know what they are doing. I predict this one will shut down soon.

I've interacted with a few people at this specific branch and each person was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Debbie was exceptionally helpful in getting our account set up, providing us with everything we needed to start the transfer and was just so nice throughout the process. She made me feel valued from the very start and I'll continue to return to this branch because of the service I received here. The location was also clean, attractive and had a spacious waiting area.

Went in to see Personal Banker. Was offered an opportunity to make an appointment or call customer service. The clerk I was talking to me knew less about CD's and IRA's than my dog does, who doesn't work at a bank. So I went home and called customer service. Skip the branch visits. It's a waste of time.

Worst bank relationship and service I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. Most time always one teller, several staffs standing in the lobby doing nothing, the relationship banker is very rude, insulting a 17 year loyal diamond customer. She should be fired. Debby is the best, always professional, she asked me to stay with our bank when I tried to close my several business accounts. She said sorry for my bad experience, saying “I do not want you to close all your accounts several times”. I honored her I did not close all my business accounts. She should be promoted to be a manager who can coach and manage the staffs.

Will not cash their own check to a non member over $4K - it their customers money, they want to give it to someone else, not allowed. 1 lady behind counter helping, 2 in an office doing nothing, 1 guy with his iPad pointing you to an ATM doing nothing and 6 people long line.

Terrible experience. Braved the winter storm to come in and a young lady refused to help me (even though I just saw her assisting someone else). She stood around the lobby with two other young people, literally doing nothing (staring out the window & talking about Facebook). When I asked her to help me, she said, “We’re only supposed to have one teller helping customers. You pay four people so that only Sharon can assist clients? Seems like a strange business model.

This bank is absolutely ridiculous! I went in to perform a transaction with the teller. I'm a long standing customer with this bank. There was an issue with the machine reading my card and Monica the supposed "assistant manager" was short, curt and rude from the moment I walked up to the desk through the ENTIRE interaction. I needed to accomplish a task and was provided with zero options to do so. I asked to speak to a manager and she responded I'm the assistant. No, I'd like to speak with the head manager please. She responded she can't override what I just said to you. I walked over and found the manager Natalie who looked at me with this "blank stare" while I proceeded to explain the unacceptable experience I just had with one of her tellers and did nothing to assist or try to rectify the experience. I to am a manager with a major company and if a customer brought something like this to me I'd do everything I could to build a bridge and work to repair the business relationship with the customer. At this point I'm ready to end my banking relationship with BOA. There's too many other banks to deal with POOR customer service. This was beyond a terrible experience and I refuse to do business where it's not appreciated. Directly to Monica and Natalie remember how important your job was to you when you applied and obtained your positions and respect your position and the customer accordingly.

I was having trouble cashing a check due to Chime. I went to Academy Bank and they wouldn't give me the time of day. Walmart was more helpful, but wouldn't do it either and told me to go to "a check cashing place." as if I wanted to spend half the check to cash it!I walked into this branch and was greeted warmly. The teller, Claudia, examined the check and told us it shouldn't be a problem. They were about to close however, so she began telling me I could schedule an appointment to talk to someone about opening an account.Fortunately Kyle was nearby and stepped in like a knight in shining armor. He helped my girlfriend and I set up a new account to deposit the check on the spot. He was incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly and succinctly; there was no doubt in my mind coming here was the right decision. I had been so stressed trying to get my money and these folks just lifted that weight right off my back with a smile and friendly conversation.Absolutely unparalleled customer service. I look forward to taking my business here.

There was a very long line for a teller and there seemed to be only 1 person working!!! The interior was nice but all the empty seats in front of employees in their personal offices could have helped out with monetary transactions.

I have been to this bank twice and they were closed even though the sign they have posted says they are open till 4. Unbelievable. Website, google and their own posted signs on the building state they are open till 4 at 3:40 pm nobody but a we are currently closed sign.

Wow!! That is an understatement. Today I was helping my mother with two minor issues with her banking at this location. When we pulled in the line was already to the door which of course raised my annoyance level as you can imagine. However when we walked we were greeted by a gentleman in a suit, who was laughing and joking with the people in line, Matthew was so nice and genuine. He approached us and asked what we needed, he immediately assisted us and very quickly solved my mother's issues in a way she understood. I am a veteran and was wearing a veteran design on my shirt, turns out he too is a veteran and we immediately began reminiscing on a common base we had been stationed. Not only was Matthew amazing to work with I know based on the people given fist bumps as they left, amazing is just who he and what he is. Way to represent brother!!!!
