Every business in this country has to do business with a bank, hopefully often…. But I’m confident no one else gets the level of customer service and superior guidance as we do from our local rockstar team , Annette, Mary, and Hailey! Every single day they go above and beyond in their demand for excellence! We are a small company and often wearing multiple professional hats simultaneously and their support makes our lives exponentially easier and simply better. Kudos to this branch and its employees in general!

I am a caregiver for my sister-n-law who is disabled. The staff at Plattsburg goes above and beyond to assist with our banking needs. In the day and age where we are being pushed online for everything, Plattsburg’s staff is the perfect example of why it’s better to go to the branch! Thanks ladies!

I have been going to the Plattsburg branch for over 5 years. First off the staff, Kristy, Annette, and Mary are so friendly. Visiting with them always puts me in a better mood. Second they are quick and efficient. This branch is always clean and I love the way they decorate for the Holidays. I have no plans to change my bank mainly because of the staff and how great they are to work with.

Our business recently switched to Central bank to do our business checking and savings. Kristy was a huge help for us and guided us along every step. She kept us up to date on the paperwork and any questions we had during the transition.Annette, Mary and Hailey are always so cheerful every time we are inside. It’s been a joy banking with them.They’re also involved in the community and chamber as representatives of the bank- which has been a huge asset to our events in town. So grateful they are here!

The staff (Kristy, Annette, Mary, and Hailey) always have a smile, are helpful, and go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. The lobby is inviting, and I love how student art is often on display in the lobby. Aside from that, the support Central Bank provides to Plattsburg, both financally and employee community involvement is incredibly respected.
