Mine was great with Tessy. My daughter in law was not happy with hers. Hers was supposed to be a color, highlighted and cut. Joy said she did not have time for all that.

Unreliable. Jessica canceled the day of the appointment (Sunday) that we relied on for an event. No replacement offered that day, just a casual “you can reschedule”.Total disappointment.
