“After placing my bicycle in the bike rack of my car, I mistakenly placed my bike’s front wheel on the car and drove away. Of course, I lost the wheel somewhere along Katy Trail between Saint Charles and Jefferson City. I went to Midwest Cyclery to order a new wheel. Unfortunately, DT Swiss only sold my wheels with the Canyon bicycle. My only recourse was to purchase a set of wheels. Midwest Cyclery searched Facebook post for the Katy Trail and found my wheel. Words cannot express my gratitude.”
