“After placing my bicycle in the bike rack of my car, I mistakenly placed my bike’s front wheel on the car and drove away. Of course, I lost the wheel somewhere along Katy Trail between Saint Charles and Jefferson City. I went to Midwest Cyclery to order a new wheel. Unfortunately, DT Swiss only sold my wheels with the Canyon bicycle. My only recourse was to purchase a set of wheels. Midwest Cyclery searched Facebook post for the Katy Trail and found my wheel. Words cannot express my gratitude.”

She went back to the store with the bike on the car rack and two service techs saw her drive up, came right out of the store and helped her get the bike in to service. “I brought in my Hi-Boy electric scooter to this bike shop yesterday as the left brake was having an issue. I spoke with Dave. This man is beyond amazing and so kind. He not only fixed it, he showed me what was wrong and explained everything he was doing during the process so I could better understand my scooter and how it works. He even showed me how to adjust my brakes. After a quick test drive around the parking lot, I was on the road again.
