Store manager was literally pulling up his pants and zipping them as he was walking out of the store bathroom and greeting us, told us to just throw the keys we were returning on the table, and nothing else. He's also hung up on both my girlfriend and I both individually when we asked how to return the truck. Whatever is going on at this location is really shady and the manager needs to be let go. Will be informing people to avoid this location at all costs.

This is a horrible business. I rented a U-Haul from this location and the owner was rude, unhelpful, and indifferent. I called to ask a question and was hung up on twice, so U-Haul recommended I file a formal complaint with them too. When I tried to return the rental, he had locked the gates so I could not do a drop off. I had to wait as he opened the store almost 20 minutes late. 0/5 if possible

Arrived at 1128 to pick up uhaul. Was unable to use contactless checkin threw app. As we are currently on the hunt for a vehicle we took a glance at there inventory and was very interested in a few. Notice the door prop open and walk in establishment to a man on the phone who aggressively warned me I need a mask although he didn't have one on. I proceed to walk back to my vehicle and he proceeded to follow. Where he was greeted by my wife who provided details to our reservation. He very rudely asked for her name and acknowledge our pick up time. All while continuing to respond to whomever he was on the phone with. Letting whomever know he will see them when they get there. Without looking our account up he again He then informs us that since it had been a hour the reservation had been cancelled and we must start the reservation process all over. Then walked in as if are business meant nothing. Therefore we left and so did our uhaul business and possibly to finance a vehicle buisness. Thanks to this man's terrible customer service and don't care attitude

I seen a listing on Offer up regarding a 2005 Ford Escape. Called the establishment and the owner was talking very rude and unprofessional when I asked questions regarding the vehicle. He advised " you gon believe what you want to believe, I said the car is fine" smh , what happened to professionalism? Didnt purchase a car but if he is talking like this I know something is up with the cars he have.

Payed 3500 dollars for a 05 impala there they said there was no problems come to find out the first day I got it it started running hot while in park its gonna cost me 1800 DOLLARS to fix it plus suspension and brakes terrible car lot I work hard for my money and basically he took money out of my kids mouth thanks blue ridge auto for nothing I am so disturbed and aggravated on how a buisness does a hard working family like that!!!!

I just recently bought a 2011 Chevy traverse two weeks ago for a $7000 cash and it needs a timing chain. All the prices I’m getting quoted is $3000. I do not recommend

I’d give no stars if possible. They are rude and have no customer service. I was bargaining on a car for my daughter and I’m sure they didn't expect me to know the actual value of the car. I Gave a higher end offer that was 200 less than what he asked for it. He declined which is fine and its well within Their rights to decline an offer. I’m guessing he was annoyed that I had done my homework because when I had showed that this particular car was actually Selling for About 2300 (I was offering 3000 ) he got an attitude and was like “ Go buy one of those” . It wasn't the fact that he declined my bid but it was how I was talked to and treated that is my complaint.
