I used the ATM...which did not dispense my money. I spoke to Linda in the Bank...she helped NONE!!! Linda stated there was no way to get my funds. I have waited 2 days now. Now an investigation will take place. This Bank needs "NO "STARS!! WORTHLESS... I will Never Trust this Bank!!!

I work for a car dealership in Dallas. I flew to Kansas City, MO to meet a customer to pay off her loan from this bank (the lien holder). The manager, Linda, was extremely rude and refused to complete simple tasks such as verifying the name on the title even tho the owner was present and requesting the information for payoff and verification. Since everything was legal and simple banking … she eventually had to do her job and process a cash payoff for the customers car. When we went out to take the license plate off the vehicle; the screws on the plate were too tight. I asked the big security guard for help. He came out and pulled a drill from his car to help. The manager came out and threatened to fire him; if he helped us. Way to go Linda! I’m sorry you are soo unhappy in your life that you find joy in causing problems for others. May you one day find happiness in being nice

if you are Handycap r become Handycap I would not recommend this Bank, because if you can not "walk" in yourself you cannot use all of the services they have for their members. I ran errands for my Handycap Brother ,that banks there because of the snow (he has no legs) they wouldnt sell me a money order for him. the cashier was very passionate, but the supervisor was not , she told me I can "go to quick Trip r whatever" I will never ever go there again !

Do not bank here! They are stuck in the past and wildly inconvenient. Clerical errors will leave your money inaccessible for weeks on end, and because of their refusal or inability to work in the 21st century it will take even longer to sort the problem. The branches do not work together, and the archaic system they use does not function when working with modern banks.

Run! When I became power of attorney for my parents, I had to work with this bank. In the past year, it has been difficult to work with on every level. As a random example, I had to send them PoA documentation 3 times, and they still swear they never received it and refuse to deal with me on my parent's account. They are unresponsive and live in the 90s. Just don't do it folks.

BRBT is a family owned bank and they treat you like family. I've been with them for 18years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Not very friendly to me in past. The old woman in charge of loans at main branch was very rude!

I've been banking at Blue Ridge Bank for thirteen years and they still treat me like I'm untrustworthy. I've deposited a paycheck from the same company monthly at the Sterling branch for those thirteen years but they still want to put a hold on the check for seven business days and have me sign a statement acknowledging that there's a hold on it. I've never been overdrawn or had any issues and my check has always gone through from this company yet I still get shabby treatment. I will soon be a former customer. I have a separate account elsewhere and I'm never treated like this.

Greedy bank. Back when debit cards ran up sneaky overdraft fees, I signed and returned the document stating I did not want any debit overdrafts paid and turned it into bank BEFORE deadline. So they allowed a small purchase to go thru and ended up 75 dollars in red. Refused to change it as said I did not verbally tell bank to decline all debit before document took effect. Took my account to Community America and they work with me. Plus have dividends.

A holiday treat?...NO DEBIT CARD! Treated like a faceless crimnal yet zero service. I asked to change my pin and ended cardless just before Christmas shutdown for four days. Thanks for the last minute end to shopping! I have no other access to my money. I have to go to the bank to fix it ...three times!!! with no car !!! and long walking and bus rides.
