Just purchased the i4 m50 a couple weeks ago. Carlos Valdez and Samara Voyles were great throughout the handoff process. Carlos has been giving me constant updates during the 18+ month wait for the car, and a main reason I enjoyed the buying experience at BMW of Kansas City South. Great job! Highly recommend Carlos if you're looking for a new BMW.

My entire buying experience was near perfect! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed because of the greetings from the front desk. Then I met my Client Advisor Carlos Valdez and he quickly impressed me with his care of me and my needs. Through every step of the process Carlos kept me informed and up to date. My process was smooth and quick to get to the financing portion. When I got to the business end of signing docs, Josh Rhodes was just as impressive. He not only thoroughly explained the documents to me, he made sure all of my questions and worries were answered. The whole staff was kind and made you feel welcome and I could not recommend Hendrick BMW of Kansas City South enough! Thank you all!

Significantly better service, attention to detail, experienced technicians, and service advisors than Baron BMW. I gave Baron a detailed list of completed troubleshooting and specific instances there were issues with the car. Baron blew me off and just threw random parts at it over the course of 3 months and eventually gave up. When I showed up to Hendricks BMW south Kansas City, I gave one of the service advisors (Norm) the same list that had plagued the car over the last few months. He was hesitant at first but gave me the Benefit of the doubt and typed up every discrepancy I had verbatim. Within 3 days they confirmed every issue and found the exact cause of all 8 problems. They fixed every problem and even found other potential future issue's. Their mechanics are so attentive to detail. Their shop Foreman (Dominic) is very experienced and very personable. If you have any issues with your BMW give your service to these guys. They deserve it and they will always take care of you.

I came to BMW of Kansas City South recently with a friend of mine to help him buy a new car. Within seconds of being inside Joe came and greeted us with a smile on his face and helped my friend purchase one of his dream cars. Joe was extremely knowledgeable in all of the cars on his lot and was very helpful when it came to picking out the best option for what car we wanted to buy. Thank you Joe!!

We had a tremendous buying experience at BMW of Kansas City South. Giuseppe was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable while explaining all the amazing features and benefits of the automobile I purchased.The Sales process was extremely smooth unlike other car buying experiences my husband and I have had in the past. We were presented with a discount because of Jeff's mililtary service in the Navy; which we were grateful to receive.Samara, Genius is the Master of technology, an absolute Wiz for everything BMW. She was very patient as she educated me about the intricacies and nuances of my new car. She was a pleasure to work with as well.The front desk staff, Sales Manager, and the folks in Finance were all very friendly and extremely efficient. All the staff working together created a superior experience. Thank you!

Outstanding car buying experience! Shopped around at a few different dealers and Hendrick BMW by far had the most friendly staff and comfortable show room. The sales team was fantastic. Specifically, Joe Petzold in Sales helped me around the dealership, showing me a few cars i was interested in making the whole process a lot less stressful than I have experienced before. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.

This is a great shop! Clinton was our service advisor and he took wonderful care of us. We left our i3 with them while we went on vacation to Mexico so they could check out the high voltage battery and drive train. The warranty on those expired last month (after we took it in) so we wanted to make sure everything was operating properly. It was. They ran a comprehensive diagnostic on the car. The battery range was in acceptable limits. The 12 V battery did need to be replaced which they did. All of this was accomplished for a fair price which not have a comma in it. We will return when we need service on the car in the future.

We had a wonderful buying experience here! No smarmy sales reps. Demise was fabulous and Samara, the BMW genius was incredible, too. We also have to give a shout out to the fantastic finance dept. Everything was smooth and we love our new car!
