Stopped in today for the 1st time and it will be our last. Customer service was horrible, they made up some excuse about there system being down and not being able to check us out as the other employee was using the register to check out another Customer next to us.

I read some pretty negative comments about the employees not being attentive and how the tall blonde lady is mean and rude. That my friends is a fallacy. I had an exchange today and after reading all the reviews I was expecting some pushback, but that mean tall blonde.. yeah, nice as can be and totally understanding with my complaints. I had never been a Boot Barn until today. I am 43 years old and have worn western since 80s. I came in to do a online return for my fiancé. Planned on shopping and probably spending money. The store is clean and adorable. The woman who’s name I didn’t catch was rude and unfriendly. Literally throwing the shirts. II felt judged and like I wasn’t worth her time. Like it was my fault she couldn’t find my order. I will never step in a boot barn again. Try smiling and putting the customer 1st. My money will go else where. Me and my oil worked stained jeans will find cute clothes somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The sales attendant that helped us (blonde, mid length hair, older lady.. Manager maybe?) profiled me from the moment I walked in the door (I was wearing Harley Davidson gear).. she snatched things out of mine and my mothers hands and followed me through the store the entire time I was here. I’d suggest a different boot barn.. love this store but, I now have a very sour taste for this particular store.

Great customer service. I bought 10 cowboy hats to send as a gift to Nepal. After sending it we found out 5 of the hats were a little bigger. I called the customer service and they said they can refund it even though it was a couple months over the return date. Really happy with the store, staff and customer service.

There was an older lady with blonde hair just following us around because we are Hispanic and the were other people but she only followed us and kept bugging us saying “are you going to get that or not?” And bothering us

I have been looking for the perfect pair of boots for weeks! I decided to check out boot barn and got the best customer service from Riley. She was kind and patient and helped me find what I was looking for. Will absolutely be coming back for the customer service.

The store was well cleaned and organized. The partner, Bethany , was so very pleasant and went out of her way to take care of my husband and I situation. She went above and beyond, even apologizing for the inconvenience of their hat, Steam Machine, and for not communicating with is in letting us know that the part still wasn't in, which clearly wasn't her fault. Thanks, Bethany, for your pleasant attitude and outstanding customer service.
