This place used to be great but I went in yesterday and have no idea what happened. This is 24 hours later and is super painful. The staff member doing my brows had to be new because she needed to raise the chair up and down and needed to ask help for how to do it. Not worth the risk of this happening again. I won’t come back.

I wish there was a way to request a specific person but they don't know each others names. I only like the way one of the girls does my brows at this location but nobody knows her name. I settled with someone else last time since she wasn't there and was a little disappointed.

The quality of service has really declined. The last time I visited, I thought the bad servic was a one off, but after today's experience, I’m certain it’s not. My eyebrows look like a disaster—I might as well have just slapped some hair dye on them. I had threading, along with eyelash and eyebrow tinting, but my eyebrows aren’t shaped at all. Unfortunately, I'll have to go elsewhere to pay to have them fixed.
