I don’t even know where to start—as a frequent Buckle shopper, the Zona location goes above and beyond every single time! Whether I’m shopping for more jeans, tops, or outfits for a specific event, the team at this store will drop EVERYTHING to make sure that I don’t just find the perfect outfit, but that I feel like family when I’m shopping!!
As traumatizing as jean shopping can be, Mel makes it so easy! She listens to what you like and don’t like about the fit and can pull a stack of denim that you will absolutely love!! Not to mention helping you curate accessories and pieces from there. She’s a true lifesaver!!
Cannot reccommend this store enough. If you want to shop and have the most FUN with your own personal hype squad while doing it, go see the team at Buckle Zona ❤️ Love you guys!

Fantastic customer service! Management and staff make note of your personal style, color palettes, and sizes so they are always prepared to put together some awesome combinations that make it hard to leave without buying something because it looks so on point. No pressure on sales and honest opinions about what works and what doesn’t to make you look your best.

Easiest shopping experience at this Buckle specifically! The staff listens to your needs and wants and will pull a whole closet worth of great finds! If it doesn’t fit they will run out and grab the correct one! Such a catered experience! I won’t shop anywhere else!

Let me just start with this. Mel is the type of person everyone needs in their life! I’m a busy working mom and have limited time to shop. Shopping isn’t typically one of my favorite things to do but this store, and every one of these employees bring back the enjoyment of clothes shopping! The energy when you walk in is unmatched! And on top of that, it’s so organized and clean and you don’t feel overwhelmed!
Mel knows exactly what I like, what I need, and even has options ready to go for me when she knows i’m on my way! I always walk away with more than I intended to walk in for (but I need that in my life and she just picks out the cutest stuff that i can’t say no to!) Mel and her team go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience each and every time. If you are a busy mom or dad, working and need the ease of a quick and awesome outfit choice or clothes options, while also enjoying to shop again and don’t want to rely on online shopping? THIS PLACE is the place to go! I can only say GREAT things and speak so HIGHLY of this location. I don’t shop anywhere else now!

I had an incredible shopping experience at this Buckle! I came in looking for teaching outfits, and Mel went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had an amazing eye for style. Mel carefully selected pieces that were both professional and comfortable, perfectly suited for the classroom.
Her friendly attitude and personalized attention made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling confident and excited about my new wardrobe. The whole staff was super helpful overall!!!

I have only ever had great shopping experiences at this location. Not only is this store well maintained and neatly stocked but the entire team is incredibly customer oriented. The team members take their time to check in with you and ensure a positive and personal shopping experience.
I will ALWAYS recommend this location and suggest anyone check it out for themselves.

Kailyn was the best help ever!!! Not only did she walk us through store as a personal shopper guiding us perfectly, she has one of the best personalities I have seen in a very long time in customer service. She helped my husband and me update his look and was just spot on with her choices!!! 10 stars if I could will definitely be back again because of her!!!

Went in this afternoon for a specific “denim and diamonds” theme. Mia and the other ladies were FANTASTIC! I felt so comfortable and they put me in the cutest pieces and gave the best feedback. I had a great experience. Thank you ladies!
