Husband and I took a test drive . When we tried to make a deal we were forced to take their free 5 yr warranty which costs 2895.So we walked away from the deal. Promised a $50 gift card for a test drive which we never got. Bought the exact car elsewhere for. $8000 less. Stay away from this dealer!

Scott Goodenough was a great salesman and worked really hard to get me to a reasonable price that worked for my budget with a new vehicle. I appreciate his ethic and approach. The waiting areas were clean and welcoming. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated but I was satisfied enough to be content while the paperwork was done. Although I wish the tank wasn’t on empty when I drove off the lot, I was content with my purchase. Maybe try to fill the tank up to half next time?

Andre sold me a GMC Truck. He used text to work the whole deal with me because that's how I wanted to communicate. He did what he said he would do and it went very quickly and smoothly. Once the truck arrived, he had me in and out quickly with a great overview on the truck and how to use all of the features. Moreover, I purchased the Cable Dahmer customer service package and Kracinda gives me the white glove treatment for anything and everything related to my new truck. I will remain extremely loyal to Cable Dahmer and the team there for as long as I own my truck!

Tim the manager over service was really helpful. He called an explained to me everything that would be done and the reason why something couldn't be completed that day. I had trouble with get my car picked up through Connect,so I didn't think it would be done by the time I got off work. Tim assured me it would be done and returned to me before I got off work. I appreciate the communication he provided.

Professional, courteous, expeditious service thrown my way first thing in the morning when I mistakenly showed up late for my appointment - at the wrong location. Service rep could've turned me away but instead worked to fit me into her schedule in order to accommodate. Couldn't be more appreciative, and would want her supervisor to be aware of this superior level of service.

Came in for an oil change and informed them of my vehicle leaking oil and asked them to take a look at it. They stayed it was a loose oil filter, they changed my oil and now car is leaking like crazy

I was referred to Cable Dahmer Buick by a friend . When arrived I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from Zach Moses. Zach was very professional and motivated to help find the right suv for ME! Needless to say in 108 degree weather Zach went above and beyond for me and I rode home that day in my new car! Thank you Zach for your service and Cable Dahmer for making me feel like a Family Member!!

Definitely a no talent group of hacks. In my experience there was absolutely No honoring of advertised pricing plus they add $3k above sticker for add on stuff you don't need like nitrogen tires, (if you need nitrogen filled tires- GM would include it already), armor all on the seats and an Amazon GPS tracker. Just so you know. That was my experience. Advertising list $4k below sticker and the buyers order was presented that showed No Sale Price plus the $3k in scam extras. Beware

Our sales person-Drake Glenn - was terrific! He was able to answer our questions immediately. He did not rush the sale but continued to ask if we had other questions. Steven Miller in the finance (paper signing ) office was helpful ( even though it was 7:30 p.m. on a SATURDAY.

I really hate that I bought my car here. Today was the final straw. I took my car in to get my breaks replaced and John in the service area assisted me. I came in at a reasonable time so my service could be dont before the service team went to lunch.As I chose to wait for my car to be serviced I knew it would take some time. John told me that he would let me know how long the service would take and never did just that. I was there so long that I saw someone get a new car which we know takes forever. 2 1/2 hours later I go to check on the status just to be notified that it was just now being pulled into the shop. Surprisingly it only took them 30 mins or so to get the job done which raise the question of the quality of service my $205 paid for. I’m very nervous that the job was rushed and not done to the quality of their services.Unfortunately I have a warranty that I have with who I can have service my vehicle. I will never purchase another vehicle form Cable Dahmer . This was the worst experience, and I don’t entirely feel safe driving my vehicle. There was no customer service to complement me for the lack of service or communication which shows the as a customer I’m not valued. I do understand that this is a business but customer satisfaction has to be of value somewhere.I felt as if because of my race something had to play a part. I watched all the other customers who arrived after who were not the same race leave before me. This also raised the question of why did my service get pushed to the back of the line.The only reason I have 1 star was because 0 stars was not an option.

I have purchased several vehicles from Cable Dahmer. I have had all of my service completed at Cable Dahmer. As my vehicle ages, my service bills go up and up and up. This last one was approximately $2300.00. Didn't even wash my vehicle. I spent $2300 and they did not bother to wash it.The service before this one i had my wiper blades changed and the one they put on the Driver Side is broken. I forgot to tell them about that.What really gripes my @#$ is that I CANNOT ROTATE MY TIRES. I bought this vehicle from Cable Dahmer. I always had my tires rotated etc when recommended. I even bought my last set of tires from Cable Dahmer. However, when it came time to rotate a year or so ago one of the back tires WHEN PLACED ON THE FRONT made the front pull no matter which side of the they put the tire on. Your solution, Don't rotate the tires. I have a vehicle I cannot rotate the tires on and you did not stand behind your work. You found nothing extra to work on when the vehicle was under warranty but now that it is not under warranty you always find plenty to charge me for. But you have never fixed the tire you SOLD me.I like your people but I am going to have to find someone else to fix something you sold me. I have been loyal but where is that coming back and paying off for me?Lou Serrone
