“I recently was in an accident and my insurance sent me to this location. At first I was skeptical because of the horror stories I have heard from friends about their accidents. However, as soon as I met Chris whom I was scheduled I was assured by him he'd take care of me throughout and he took the time to explain the "in's and out's" of the entire process. He even gave me tips on what to expect and what to do if certain things happened while my Jeep was there. From start to finish Chris followed through with everything he said he would do and at no point did I feel like he wasn't valuing my time as a customer. Additionally, the whole team there was very nice and professional. When I showed up to clean my Jeep out they showed me where it was and even helped carry some of personal items out. Overall, I had a great experience at this location and recommend working with this team!”
