My car was completely totaled out on one side and the front end suspension all had to be replaced. Eric, Ms Angela and the CARSTAR team made it look brand new again. My car has precious memories for me and they have those back to me. God Bless the whole team. Never take your vehicle anyplace else. 💙

First time taking my car here after an attempted theft - the staff was very friendly and transparent. Took longer than expected but its not Carstar's fault, sometimes were all just at the mercy of MFR parts getting delivered as they are available. I would recommend them to a friend.

Everyone is AWESOME here. From the receptionist to the manager! I had to deal with collision care for the first time on a brand new car. Everyone reassured me and made me feel very comfortable! They lay everything out for you, easy to understand! Awesome people here! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at this CarStar in NKC. Angela and Eric were fantastic to work with and the shop did great on the repair. I selected the shop initially because this is the closest place approved by the insurance co. I would 100% go back to this shop by choice next time. Thank you!

Although my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company, they were able to explain the process to me. Everyone there was very nice and respectful. It is a a business you hope to never have to use, I would highly recommend them due to their customer service and personal.
