They have an excellent supply of automotive and body parts. Prices are better than a dealership and the new grill I bought for the Jeep for perfect and looks great. Service was fast and friendly and the facility is clean.

I ordered a bumper they sent wrong one we painted it I understand they can’t take back but we had to order another one which we are out over 300 dollars for paint and wrong bumper they sent all I was asking for was a little bit off on the one we actually need when they sent wrong one bad business wouldn’t even give us a little discount now we are out over 500 dollars poor customer service wasent asking for any thing free just a little help we are a small family business they wouldn’t do anything wow when I make a mistake I help my customers

The gentleman that sold me my parts I believe his name was Romney was very friendly and polite and professionalGot me in and out of there very quickly with the parts, helped me put them in my car and the price was very reasonable and affordable. Thank you

Purchased a side mirror. The mirror was of good quality and the service was okay. I can't believe how many people think they should be trusted or waited on with white glove service.... You know your at a discount parts warehouse and not in the best part of town? I'd gladly shop here again. Yeah they make mistakes, guess I am not dealing with god, I am okay with that

Sent employee with my company card. They would not take my company credit card without ID. The part had been called in under the shops name I had told them I was sending someone this morning. Had to have an employee use his own card and money to bring the part that we needed back to the shop. So if your sending an employee and don't want to have messed up paperwork for your accountant send a check because they do not tell you that over the phone. Part was priced great and in good shape.

WE HAVE A PROFESSIONAL AUTO BODY/REPAIR SHOP, I WAS SOLD THE WRONG PART FOR A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT VEHICLE, SOME WHAT MY FAULT THAT I DID NOT CATCH IT BEFORE I PAINTED IT HOWEVER, WE ARE LOCATED OVER AN HOUR AWAY, I CALLED AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING ON TO ROBBIE INCLUDING THAT I HAD ALREADY PAINTED THE FENDER. HE TOLD MY TO BRING IT DOWN AND HE WOULD SWAP IT OUT. I MADE THE HOUR PLUS DRIVE WHEN I GOT THERE ROBBIE TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT TELL HIM IT WAS PAINTED AND I CLEARLY DID. ROBBIE WAS NOT RUDE HOWEVER HE SAID THE MANAGER SAID HE COULD NOT RETURN IT...I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER, WHO WAS WALKING AWAY FROM ME THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS TRYING TO SPEAK TO HIM, EXTREMLY RUDE AND BASICLY TO ME TO F&$K OFF WITHOUT SAYING IT. I PURCHASED THE CORRECT FENDER FROM THEM ANYWAYS BECAUSE UNLIKE THEM I HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND PLAN ON KEEPING MY WORD TO MY CUSTOMERS REGAURDLESS IF IT COST ME OR MY BUSINESS MONEY/PROFIT. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS WAS OVER A $67 DOLLAR FENDER ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ITS THE POINT. THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PART AND REFUSED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE.....STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING BENT OVER.....LOST A PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT OVER 67 BUCKS...GOOD DAY!!!

The 2 stars is for the fact that they are the only place I could find the part I needed. Other than that the customer service was some of the worse I have seen. Honestly, I do not know if I have ever met employees who were more lazy or uninterested in their job or their customers. They may have what you are looking for but expect to be treated like you are interrupting their day if you show up to get your parts.

I called about a hood they said was in stock 5 minutes away from arriving at the facility they claimed to close at 5:30 on the dot.. I arrived at 5:33 the lights were off and the doors were locked..... Pretty unprofessional in my opinion not to stay open 5 minutes more to make a $300 sale

I recently had an accident with a deer luckily wasn't to bad as it could have been however I was referred to this company for reasonable parts well on my initial call I was answered by an associate by the name of "robbie" who was very rude very short with me even if they had free items I wouldn't have patronized them so I thanked him and ended the call thinking I might have over reacted maybe I'll call again once again getting Robbie two thumbs down customer service sucks I don't recommend this company at all?? service
