The staff here ignore you when your sitting at the mobile order pick up window. Very rude staff at this location. Tell them thank you and you you get no response. No wonder this location only has a 2.5 star rating.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered 2 burritos on doordash. Not only were both burritos made awfully, missing ingredients, or had so little, one burrito had a literal tablespoon of rice in it while the other was full of almost nothing but rice. But when we decided to go ahead and eat burritos, I bit down and pulled a piece of FINGERNAIL out of my mouth. Mind you, I don't bite my damn nails. This is by far disgusting, and I would assume something was prepared along the line without gloves. I will no longer be ordering from this location from here on out. I will be moving forward by contacting the health department.

I ordered for 5 of us at work and picked up the food at the pickup window. I specifically asked the young woman who handed me my food if everything was in the bags (I repeated my order). She assured me it was. It was my fault for not double checking before I left but when I got to work, items were missing. Trying to get someone on the phone was impossible due to the automated system. It's such a shame that I had such a bad experience when the food is good. Please do better Chipotle!

Ordered burrito bowl online and only got a container half filled with food. Ordered no rice, but added extra lettuce and beans to make up for not being able to eat rice. Got maybe 6 slices of lettuce sheds, yes, so few I could count them! The food was good, but not $17 good!!!! Really only worth half that, considering it was only half full! My husbands wasn’t any better and he did get rice! Lesson learned, don’t order online! Almost $40 for 2 people, it should be correct! Don’t be fooled by their response, it wouldn’t let me address the situation, just took me in circles!

The meals were switched and our whole family order was wrong. We didn’t discover this until we got home 20 minutes later. Disappointed to have to drive back to get the meals we actually ordered.

The place was filthy!!! All tables were dirty! The preparation counter had food all over it. Our chicken was dried out. Will not come back here. The place was not busy when we arrived.

Ordered Door Dash. Burrito was half the normal size. Fajita vegetables were raw. Meat portions were less than normal. Order was missing items. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!

I went in as often do, but this time I had the coed a different location. Avery was my host and her smile and customer service was awesome. The only thing she didn’t do after I waited for the chicken to be done was add my veggies and a good helping of chicken-that was pretty skimpy being a let a family and two other go before me while waiting on the queso, veggies and chicken

Service at this location is horrible. I sat at the mobile lane for 15 minutes before I was rudely greeted. My order was to be ready at 7:10pm, picked up at 8:14pm. This location needs customer service training!

A shame to the industry. Tonight this was the worst, rudest, nasty experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Disorganized, lazy, workers who were rude to everyone. Workers yelling at each other. My mouth just dropped. I was there for 20 minutes as other peoples orders were taken & was told different excuses then told to get back in line and still walked out with nothing. What a comic scene.

Food tastes good, but location can’t seem to figure out how to run the chipotlane in an efficient manner. Portion size has significantly reduced. This is a poorly run chipotle.
