I got my ears pierced here and it hurt really bad. The staff was nice, but they did something wrong in my right ear because it hurt like hell and got infected twice after. They did my left ear good, but it was still a bad experience.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at Claire’s today. Avi was so great at explaining everything I needed to know about my cartilage piercings. We loved how kind and helpful she was. We will definitely go to her again for our next ear piercings!

Avi was a rockstar helping my friend and I today with explaining the sales. She also was very helpful, nice, and patient at explaining to my gf how to clean her new ear piercing, and made her feel comfortable, and was very thorough in cleanliness and directions. We would definitely come back. She made it a fun shopping experience. You got great staff!

I didn’t have the best experience here. I understand Saturdays are busy and overwhelming, but I don’t understand how rude employees are to me when I’m showing grace, kindness, and patience.

I will never go here again. I got screwed out of my
5.00 reward they sent me in an email. The clerk was very nice but she didn’t ring up all my hair goodies and I got overcharged. Went back in got it refunded and bought them again. The next lady said I couldn’t use my 5.00 reward cause once it’s used you don’t get it back. I understand the First Lady made a mistake but to not give someone their reward back is just not nice for the customers. I will no longer shop here if that’s how customers are treated. Beware going here. I will say this both ladies that helped me were very nice. But the policy needs to change on the rewards.

I have now gotten 4 piercings from Brooklyn. She is a great person to go to my ears have healed great and i will be back to see her! She’s the sweetest ever!!!

Overcrowded due to piercer allowing child in the chair to cry for 35 min before moving on to next customer. 3 people before me and we all left. She refused to tell the parent to calm her down while she takes care of other paying customers. Should never let money walk out of your establishment!
