Cloud 9 Liquor is a quiet place just off N. Oak traffic way. It offers a great selection of wine, beer, and spirits, including a much better selection of IPA's and premium cigars and cigarettes at very low cost. The store has a large selection of all types of adult beverages and is known for reasonable prices.
The staff and owners receive consistent praise for being super friendly, very knowledgeable, and providing great customer service with nothing but smiles. They are noted for following through on promises, such as calling customers when specific, hard-to-find liquors arrive in stock. The business is commended for actively listening to feedback and making changes to improve. This high level of personal care encourages customers to support local over big box stores. Many describe it as the best liquor shop around with the best service ever, noting that the staff is what keeps them coming back.
I had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to thank the gentleman, Gaanni who kindly helped carry my beer to my car. As an old customer, I truly appreciated his patience and kindness.

Satisfactory experience. Service fine. Selection was somewhat limited in orange liqueur- they did not have Grand Marnier!
