We came in to make a withdrawal. We worked with a very nice lady named Karen. She was a real treat to speak with! We laughed and joked around for a few minutes. I will definitely return to this branch for all my future banking needs!

I was opening a new account and accidentally provided Blake with some incorrect personal information, causing so much more work for him. Blake was kind, patient and professional through it all. He’s a great asset to the bank.

Called this branch to open a new checking account... we use Commerce for work, so thought why not! Called this number that is published and reached a gal named Darlene that seemed nice for a second! Told her I was hoping become a new customer and she told me id have to select a specific branch and call them directly... I explained I had done that and she wanted to educate me on how to properly search the internet... then she gave me the number-rudely talking over my question. I then told her I’d find a different bank to join and she said that’d probably be best. Wow. See ya, commerce.

I had a great experience at this branch which is worlds nicer than the one at 43rd and Stateline. I was greeted by the manager Jenna right away and she was helpful as I made some account switches. This building is almost brand new and it shows, and they offer water/coffee if you want it. It took some time to go through all the questions about what kind of account I wanted to switch to, with some light up selling opportunities, but I came away with what I needed. She mentioned they were a tad short staffed but I wouldn't have noticed it, everything was friendly and efficient. I'd go out of my way to this particular branch and the way they had everything together stood out so much more than past experiences with Commerce. Five stars all r

Absolutely rude. This blonde frizzy haired lady who was clearly incompetent tried to explain to me about their hidden fees and she did not empathize or help find solutions to issues they cause, and instead they just leave you more confused. After this experience, I will be switching banks.

WORST BANK EVER WITH EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THAT SAYS ALOT! Started banking with them a year ago, everything was fine at first. When I started my bank with them, they asked me if I wanted to have overdraft or not, which I said no I would not like to have overdraft. July comes around and had something come out of my account and was charged $37.00 in overdraft fees. Called customer service and was told I have "BASIC" overdraft protection and in order to change it that I need to go into my local location and change my options. I ate that $37.00 because it was my fault for not asking enough questions. When I went into the branch & changed my overdraft settings they told me"NOTHING WILL COME OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT if the money is not there" Here we are in September & I was charged $75.00 for things that were never supposed to come out of my account and were returned and not even paid but Commerce wants to keep my money. DO NOT BANK HERE ! They are shady, crooked, and will do anything to try and keep your money. I will make sure that I let everyone I know and anyone I come in contact with to never go to this bank again. If there was a 0 or negative star option I would definitely give it. Not surprised that this location only has 1.7 stars. HORRIBLE!

I started working near this location last year and since I have started going here to deposit my paychecks I have ran into issue after issue after issue. Long story short, I called customer service and was told that this is common for this location and to just not return if i was depositing a paper check. Apparently since they are a "training" location they make zero exceptions to any rules, so they forgo any customer service/customer loyalty and just shove rules and regulations in the customers face and prevent them from having their money. Just like I do with walmart I will make the most effort to make sure I never have to go inside this branch again.

My banking statement was lost in the mail, so I tried to switch to paperless statements. I have personal and business accounts and yet they refuse to return phone calls! I left 3 messages for the Branch manager, Karen Adams, and have heard NOTHING! We went into a branch and updated our signature cards so there shouldn't be a problem. I had to call St Louis Commerce bank customer service to fix this problem. And yet still no return call from the manager. What kind of bank ignores their customers?
