One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a bank teller in my entire life. He looked like he was fresh out of high school, obviously young and very preppy looking kid. He attempted to cause a scene in the bank then refused to get the branch manager, basically called me a liar right to my face when I told him I was there just an hour prior on a different transaction.Commerce should definitely do better!

Don't go to this bank I went to put money into my account and the told me I needed 2 forms of id and would not accept a social security card as valid form. I then went to the Belton location and was able to just use me I'd. I was in and out in 5 minutes :)

I want to give kudos to Josiah he was very nice and kind to me. He made me feel important it’s very important that your customers feel comfortable. As a businesswoman it’s all about your customers feeling important. Josiah made me feel that way this morning the other two times I have visited I didn’t feel welcome. No customers should not feel like that. Thank you Josiah you brighten up my day this morning. ?

Idiots hiding behind ROBOTS! Commerce Bank is the worst with customer service EVER. First of all, they have so many public serivce announcements about how much they care about you that they waste 5 minutes of your life before you can even press 1 for english or 2 or Spanish. Second: They request a 17 digit account number. SURE, everybody remembers that when the call in while driving home! That is really customer friendly. To top it off, even if you put in the number as on your statement, you get an error message. Spoiler alert!! The Commerce bank includes 3 leading zeros which the automated system does not recoegnize. BAD PAKISTANI PROGRAMMING. How should a a customer know that?? Really?? Who did market testing with their telecoms software?? An 8th grader?THIRD, the official number does not even have an option to speak with a real person. Now that is truly customer friendly.FOURTH, painfully understaffed: Once you find a number which allows you to reach a real peson, it takes aroudn 15 minutes to get through. EPIC.

Upon entering the facility, I was greeted and asked, what could be done for me for that day. I had lost my bank card and it was explained to me that I could receive one the same day. After going through all the procedures to obtain a new card it was discovered that the printer was not working properly and that the tech support could not help that day. The representative at the bank made arrangements for my car to be expedited to me ASAP and it arrived the day after the snowstorm. I thank them for their help I was satisfied

Being kind or more respectful to your customers won’t hurt you, after waiting on the drive thru for service, the representative was very rude with me for no reason. Not only she couldn’t provide me my wife’s new card, which understandable that she has to come and pick it up herself even if she has Covid, but also she returned my drivers license and debit card without saying anything and have me wait without knowing what to do for next step. Had to call for service again until the other lady showed up (thank God she didn’t have an attitude) in the screen informing that the primary lady was going to mail it. Well was somebody going to tell me that? I was completely ignored. I’m sorry but I am in the service industry too and I am always nice with people on service in any kind and I am very satisfied with your overall service, but until today. I never had an issue, however today I don’t know what was all that rudeness and ignorance about. Very Disappointed.

This bank is a joke. It must be. Nobody in their right mind would mistreat loyal customers of 15 years unless this is some kind of long joke. What’s the punchline, Commerce Bank? I really need a laugh right now. You’re making interest on the cash your atm stole from me while i wait to hear whether or not your overlords believe i deserve my money back.

I have banked with Commerce since moving up to KC area 10 years ago. I have always had a good experience with customer service and tellers. I have felt like they have been honest and helpful. Even when there is a problem, I have recieved prompt answers. Today was another day of exceptional service! Monica at the plaza location not only help me cancel my security credit card (just didn't serve me anymore) with a smile (behind a mask of course) but she also gound that my solo account had been being charged and switched it to a free solo account since they dont offer the solo account anymore. I appreciate the amazing customer service and proavcitiveness! Thank you Monica!
