Every single day they go above and beyond in their demand for excellence! “The new cashier was not very helpful, but I understand she's new, I give her 2 stars. But in the future she should be pl, please don't fire her, re train her. But I want to give a review on the independence avenue branch, the drive through teller is cheating elderly people when we buy money orders, she got me once and I didn't pay attention but the next time I went to get money orders she tried it again, I have called the manager and left a message numerous times about her and never got a response, I have to drive all the way to the wornall office to do my business, I don't trust that bank anymore and will NEVER use them anymore”
