I only used the ATM but I love the newer ones that give you the option to pick what combination of bills. User friendly

Is ridiculous with all the business and apartments around to have one old ATM , by Shawnee they have in the drive through atm . It passed already a month of my review and I returned to see if they improve since they act blind to the comments. But still awful, one arm and long lines

D’sarae is SO HELPFUL every time I come in she has a bright smile ready to help me with anything. Her knowledge about the bank is exceptional I will be going to her with all my banking needs 5/5 stars, give this girl a raise!

I worked with Shani’ (Shawna) and had a great experience. I Had some issues with the dealership I was purchasing the vehicle from when I was applying for an auto loan. Shani’ was patient with me and helped me out every way she could!

At 20 yrs old I started a business, at the time I had an auto loan and checking account at CACU. My business failed and I had to file bankruptcy. I was kicked out of the credit union. 20 years later, they still will not let me back in....

You are treated as a person and not a number. Jerrie Lee is a phenomenal and extremely efficient employee at the Tiffany Springs Branch who deserves to be recognized. I would recommend anyone to this credit union.

We are new customers and are not able to access our online account through your mobile app or website. When we get the phone call to verify our account your system doesn’t respond to any entries (1 or #) and yesterday it said I entered an invalid extension. I then called your customer service number and was on hold fo 15 minutes before anyone answered. If this is the best you can do, we’ll be closing our accounts.
