Beware! This place will steal your money. I had a savings account set up for my kid. She hadn't accessed it in awhile but we thought that is what savings account was for... They took 60+ bucks from her account for 'inactivity'. Go somewhere else for your banking needs. Under the bed is still a good option. Wish I could give negative stars.

Huge frustration for me. I use this bank for a not for profit not my personal account. I would not recommend. Nearly impossible to get account help or customer service. Extreme long waits. My DR card never works. Compared to other banking options this is not good.

Used this bank for several years, have been mostly happy with the services provided. Have had some issues, but everything has been worked out.

Trying to get a person on the phone either thru the website or by phone is a nightmare. Apparently there is no way to reach a branch by phone directly. Have to go know the extension of the person you're trying to reach. If you don't know who that is, you can't reach an operator without getting disconnected. very disappointed.

Used to be able to talk to a teller through the drive thu very convenient. Now I'm standing in a line in the lobby where most people are doing things they used to be able to do without coming in. Getting a bad attitude from the teller which there are obviously less of now because you all put some terrible, not convenient or easy to use machines outside! Very bad service and bad experience everytime I have to come here I will be looking for a new bank because of these machines.

This place is ridiculous. I was here last Friday September 23rd at 4 pm for a wire transfer. When I ask the bank teller for the wire transfer she said that she doesn’t know how to do that, she asked the teller that was at her side how to do it. The teller that was at her side asked me where I wanted to transfer the money and I said to a bank in Puerto Rico. She said that this was an “international” transfer and that the fee would be $50, and that can not be done without the routing number of the bank, the name of the bank, and the account number. I told her that I have all that information. Then she said that I also need a “letter” stating the transfer instructions with all the information of the account mentioned above from the bank in Puerto Rico. First of all a transfer to Puerto Rico is domestic ?? NOT international ? I don’t know what is going on with these people knowledge of US history. Puerto Rico is NOT an international destination for de USA, it is considered domestic, it is a territory of the USA. I had to go to another branch where they really know what they where doing. I was able to do my transfer for $25 and just needed the routing number, account number, and name of the bank. If you want to have a non sense experience, with tellers that don’t know $h1t of what they are doing definitely visit this branch. You will die of laughter at the stupidity of this place.

My sister lives close to this credit Union. They are nasty and rude they don't show good customer service skills at all and very prejudice. She's been a member for over 10 years and does receive this type of service at any other location. You guys need to do pop up visits to see the type of nasty customer service that your employees are representing your establishment .

DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?#communityamericacreditunionEveryone needs to protect their family from Community America Credit Union! Do not trust that you are filling out the correct paperwork for what you are needing to have done. Make sure that you get as many employees as possible at the bank to review before you leave. My dad and I were there for 4 hours trying to get this taken care of, and then to find out that she didn't know what she was doing and what paperwork needed to be filled out. When my dad knew he wasn't going to be here much longer, we went to the N Oak and 152 branch to have Power of Attorney and ADD ME AS JOINT ON HIS ACCOUNTS, not just as POA. He did not want anything to go through Probate, he didn't want me and my sister to have to go this. After alerting them that my dad passed away and taking them a copy of the Death Certificate, paying for the funeral from his account, making deposits for items sold from his house, multiple transactions, they are now telling me today that they cannot give me any information on the accounts. I cannot make any deposits or any additional transactions. Athena did not do all the paperwork when we were there on July 3rd, therefore, I have to go through Probate. When I brought in the Death Certificate, no one gave me any of this information. The manager just kept telling me today that she can't do anything about it, she wasn't here when my dad made these requests. Everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions and Managers need to make sure that their employees are trained. How can we trust a bank that had told me that me and my dad filled out all the necessary paperwork and there are no worries, and now to find out that Athena and the other person, who gave me a Debit Card after my dad passed away, knew what they were doing? We cannot trust that they know what they are doing. Please beware!

I am so thankful for my financial planner at CACU. Josh Edens has been so gracious and helpful in figuring out the best way to stretch out and grow my finances to carry me throughout my retired years. I have always been pleased with the service I have received at this branch.
