I opened up an account last week and the process went good. Staff were friendly and walked through the process with us. Banking has changed over the last several years and so far we are happy.

I have been coming to Community American Credit Union for the last two weeks making deposits for a traveling family member {to have money ? on their vacation} and until today it has been a really good experience.Unfortunately, I met a bank representative who was rude, short and when she sat down and didn’t offer me a seat and made comments to another Bank Representative {who asked her openly, “Are you sending that comment to me?”}Thankfully the other Specialist didn’t mind assisting the person who must not have felt like working today. I forgive her because everyone deserves grace and mercy.

If I could give a 0 I would. This a terrible bank to do business with. When they mess up they blame you and make you jump through loop after loop to resolve the issue. Not to mention every customer service representative I've talked to had a terrible attitude from the time they answer till they hang up, and very quick to end the call. And be advised it's not location specific it's a branch issue, just a terrible bank to intrust your finances with.

This location.. is literally frustrating to all heck.My wife and I have been with CACU for years, we’ve always loved it. There really are great benefits.. But this past couple months is just not it.The biggest problem with this location is customer service. ( not all CACU are like this, it’s specifically this location ) they are nice for the most part, just have trouble on their end getting the job done and following through.We’ve experience hangups, supervisors not getting back to us, ignoring express shipping requests, long wait times, etc.My wife applied for a credit card to have another line of credit open, cool. Asks for express to prevent theft and tracking number. Approved next day. Waits for tracking # and card from 12/29/2022 - 01/09/2023. Haven’t received.. but you know holidays. Still express would’ve shown up. I start to get anxious of theft. Call check status.For some unknown reason they needed additional signature, okay. Done immediately. Asks again for express shipping as card has yet to be sent. She says no problem. We can do that for free, our fault. We don’t have a problem doing that for the inconvenience.It’s now 01/18/2023.. still no card. Called and It wasn’t shipped express. Soo.. no tracking number. Finally got ahold of Matt the supervisor. Nice guy, but we shall wait to see if anything gets done.It’s just a big waiting game of when will it finally show up and let’s hope it doesn’t get lost or into the wrong hands. Yay..Update: Matt the supervisor actually got back to us. Apologized and took accountability. That goes a long ways with me, I don’t care for numerous excuses. But he was very professional, apologetic, and didn’t make an excuse. Finally a solution and it’s not the best outcome but at least I know what to expect.

Work company merged with this bank and it’s been nonstop issues ever since. Checks messed up first. Went inside one time to get change for a $100 and you would have thought I asked them to fly to the moon. The atms are consistently having issues. Recently dispensing someone else’s receipt giving me a mini heart attack until I realized the glitch.

ATM outside took over $600, failed to deposit to the account, then failed to return the cash and kept it in the machine where it's not yet posted to the account or given back as cash. It's been held hostage for days now and the bank hasn't done a thing about it and I'm not sure they want to either. Probably thinking of ways to say that they'll be holding onto it for good. This is how banks did it during the 1st Great Depression...tread carefully.

I have a few different accounts with CACU. When doing my home equity loan it was so easy and Chris Fox was great. Everything was quick and easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Love that they opened this location close to my work, I can make it on time before closing hours.

Today was my first time inside this bank. Awesome vibe with the comfy sofas and teller island, I guess you’d call it. Zachiyus (I’m sure I butchered his name spelling) was well dressed, respectful and a joy! His smile and our quick chat made me feel special…not like just another checking account number. WHERE DO I START! JASMINE IS THE GREATEST BLESSING IVE LITERALLY HAD THIS YEAR. I HAVE MEDIOCRE CREDIT AND HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT AND SHE STILL GOT ME APPROVED FOR A LINE OF CREDIT OF 10k, a credit card for 2500, CAR FINANCING FOR 20k+, AND SHE REFINANCED ONE OF MY LOANS I WAS PAYING 37% INTEREST ON AND SHE GOT IT TO 12%. LITERALLY WANTED TO CRY BC OF HOW SWEET AND HELPFUL SHE WAS. SHE IS ONE OF THE FEW IN THE WORLD WHO CARES ABOUT OTHERS AND I WAS SO BLESSED TO BE HELPED BY HER. JASMINE, THANK YOU FOR BLESSING ME AND MAKING MY YEAR! YOU ARE THE BOMB.COM GIRL! GO COMMUNITY AMERICA!!!! ❤️????
