please do not put your hard earned money at "community america credit union!! " i had to find out the hard way after being misled for years about where my money would go in the event of my death. if i had not recently asked about this, i would have gone on to believe my great sums of money would be left "no where" or in probate court, rather than the place in which i was told it is going at my request. i am in shock!! the people who work there know nothing that is consistent. i have complained about poor customer service in the past, but this takes the cake!

I would like to compliment Branch Manager, Raymon T., for “Exceptional Customer Service”! He is amazing!He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He took the time to resolve an issue that I had tried several times to resolve. He patiently explained and taught me how to do some things onmy phone. I am 72 Years old and that’s a major feat for me!I am so grateful! Please covey my thanks to Raymon.Sincerely,Lou

No “live teller” option available after the lobby closes. Also very unhelpful staff working inside the lobby when it is open.

I would not recommend this branch. The EMPLOYEES do not care about the business they are working for. The EMPLOYEES that WORK at this branch act very snobby. I witnessed a few customers not being helped by EMPLOYEES. Instead were directed outside ATM or the ATM on the floor. So they had to talk to an online teller at the machine. There were about 5 EMPLOYEES just standing around.I would not recommend coming to this branch and it makes me ashamed to be a part of this Credit Union.

I would not recommend financial services like loans exc. I have close to a 700 credit score. I have also had many loans and paid them off on my credit report for the past 10 years. I was denied a small personal loan they said because of an old medical bill for like $120 that has been in collections on my score when I’ve loaned before. I was actually really offended especially since I had my credit ran for nothing if they were broke or financially unstable to loan their members they should not operate in the financial/banking world. I have another smaller bank who’s always willing to help but just has a little higher rates.

I would give it a 0 if it wasn't for this lady I believe her name was Sandra. 4 guys standing around. I asked one for help he pointed me to the inside atm and told me to use the teller onscreen. Just laziness. If I wanted to do that I could have used outside atm. Not even online teller could help me. All I wanted was $750 not even a $1k this bank is ridiculous. Always drama to take out money. But I decided to comment and complain to Sandra. She helped me right away her customer service was 100% Hopefully she can train other staff. 1 to ask if customer needs help. I had to ask and they were so lazy to even do that. I was only customer also at time. Been a customer over 20 years and I think from the online teller to in person needs training. I know it's hard to find help. But please train your people on customer service and also make it easier to work with. It's our money!

Went to set up a new account and everyone was so helpful! Especially Kitty!! She was so nice a personable she walked me through the process and could not ask for a better outcome! 10/10 server and highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went inside the bank to complete a cash deposit. Despite multiple employees standing around at their laptops, I was directed to the self service machine and forced to use a computer to deposit my cash. How about pay your employees to handle the actual transaction instead of paying them to babysit customers who are forced to use a virtual machine. The drive thru at my local branch was replaced with the virtual machine too. I'm cancelling my accounts and going with a bank that treats you like a human.

The profit payout I received was laughable at best to advise me that I should be happy with receiving 16.14 payout and I have banked with ca all these years is downright insulting after you consider how much money I spent on overdraft fees it depressing and unreasonable to believe anyone would get excited by this in this economy where food is higher than ever and the rich keep getting richer and the poor poorer . Their online banking (including their app) is down for 3+ days for a system upgrade!?! Crazy. Unheard of for the 21st century. And on top of that all their branches are closed during the same period.

Amazing place to bank with. OSCAR is the type of person to make you feel comfortable, Important and heard. While going through my recent loan process I felt nothing short of confident. He really put my mind to ease. He did whatever he could to ensure I would meet my goals. IM SO GLAD I SWITCHED TO THIS BANK.
