I called ahead to make sure I could be seen today. They wouldn’t schedule an appointment but said I could Come in as a walk in. When I arrived, they said they were not taking any more walk ins! I took 2 hours off from work to do this and now can’t even see a doctor!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ignorant as hell. Do not come here if you're actually looking for good service if you're really hurt. I messed my ankle up bad. My job IS walking and standing 10 to 12 hours a day. 6 days a week. I was told to return back to work tomorrow but no standing or walking.... which is literally my job. There are other Concentra places. I'd go see them before coming here. *nurses and fro t desk ladies are awesome though

On the day I was at your facility, there was a younger African American front desk assistant. She took not only Top Notch service and care of me but to everyone that came into the facility and with a customer on the phone who she recognized a customer set up issue in regards to the set up of billing/services provided. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable of how to make the necessary corrections and clearly communicated that to your client on the other end of the call. She also allowed me to use a tablet for check in due to my eyesight and finger dexterity. She’s a keeper and she represents your company in a wonderful fashion. Please share my customer experience with her as the employee and with many levels of her management. Thank you.

My intentional focal point was one of the staff members (she was expecting). I walked in and she looked me dead on with the best smile and said hello!! She was so kind, beautiful, and assisted me immediately. I had to email my employer info to you all website and after a few mins went by she called my name and informed me she still hasn't received it, so kindly!! I was very well pleased with her demeanor, as the foot traffic was high but she and all of the other staff members didn't seem to notice nor be bothered!! I had a little wait time but that was do to the volume of business so I could understand that!! The young lady that actually gave me the service was just as pleasant and customer friendly!! Overall I give this visit a Big 10. Thanks to all!!!?

I have to admit I do not like taking drug screens because they are usually a long and tedious process. But, the professional polite team here at Concentra on Southwest Blvd make it an enjoyable experience. They actually acknowledge you with a smile and a greeting. I didn't have to wait to start paperwork because they are technologically advanced and texted me the info site/link. I was able to complete the paperwork at my own pace and as soon as I finished, they called me. The drug screening took less than five minutes. I love ? you guys!!!

I received prompt polite service while I was here. They were willing to provide a employment physical exam for me even though I arrived 9 minutes after the cut off time. Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism with the ladies at the front desk, especially Angel who I observed be very patient and explain operation procedures to customers. I travel for work and have to receive employment physicals regularly. This was a seamless experience and highly recommend the crew here.

Its not hard to pee in a cup and give it back. It should not take 1 hour to take in 3 people. Very slow customer service. Very poor attention to what are the patients needs. I will never recommend Concentra on Southwest Blvd.

I recently visited Concerta Clinic for a pre-employment drug screen, and I must say it was a great experience overall. Despite a wait time of about an hour, the service and atmosphere made it worthwhile.The staff, especially the nurse who conducted my drug screen, were incredibly friendly and professional. Their demeanor put me at ease, making the process comfortable and efficient. Additionally, the receptionists at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, which contributed to the overall positive ambiance of the clinic.Although the wait time was slightly longer than expected, the quality of service and the friendly demeanor of the staff more than compensated for it. I left Concerta Clinic feeling satisfied with the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking similar services.Overall, my visit to Concerta Clinic was a pleasant one, and I commend the staff for their exceptional customer service and professionalism.
