Friendly staff but do not take care of customers well. I don’t appreciate that I am receiving spam calls all the time after my transaction at this location. When you are adding a line or changing phone number it gives you the option to opt- out of these calls for the customer. I am not sure if they’re not paying attention or they’re not aware of this feature but now I receive spam calls EVERYDAY and it’s completely annoying, I should not have to deal with that. Employee should ask customer if that’s what they want or know what that means at the very least. Not satisfied, cricket stores lack purpose.

Long wait time. Only 2 people working at the store and one was in training. One person could have helped other customers while the other set-up a new phone for another customer.

My first time here. Love them. Was having trouble with my carrier on releasing my phone # and they helped me all the way. Even when I was getting frustrated with my old carrier they was like they got me and help me all the way also thank you very much to the people that work there

I was recently there to create a new account and connect a new line. The process was a little tedious (getting my output number form my previous provider) but Alejandra kept the up most positive attitude and walked me through every step. I was the last customer of the day and I did not feel rushed at all. Alejandra patiently explained current promotions and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much Alejandra for the outstanding customer service!

Friendly staff. Only problem I have is that if you've been a customer of cricket for years and you purchased several phones from them you should get some type of break when you're going to upgrade your phone you shouldn't have to pay a dime to upgrade your phone.

I went to three different cricket stores and none of the employees could explain any of the deals that were going on and I really feel like they had no idea what was going on so I was highly disappointed in them

Was sent to the store by corporate and they advised me whatever transaction was supposed to be credited it wasn't as I was advised and then this person throws their hands up as if they can't help no further until I give them some further information and still they can't resolve three four days missed because of their error
